References: The Partner must list three (3) customer references for customers to whom the Partner currently provides services comparable to those services required for the Lot Group or to whom the Partner provided such services within the last twenty-four (24) months. At a minimum, two (2) of those references must be customers that currently engage the individuals for whom Partner has provided résumés. For each Reference, Partner must complete and submit Appendix IV.A (Partner References). Partner shall be solely responsible for providing contact names and phone numbers and must ensure that provided references are readily available to be contacted by CIO/OFT. The Partner will not be a part of the reference checks. In addition, CIO/OFT reserves the right to speak with any employee of the Customer reference that has knowledge of the Partner’s provision of services to the customer reference.
