Recruitment Process Assessment (RPA)
The RPA module examines all aspects of the recruitment funcNon. ADer the full assessment is executed, we create a number of reports which include our findings and iniNal suggesNons for improvement. We
recommend this assessment to all clients before iniNaNng our other Human Capital SoluNons.
Recruitment Process Development (RPD)
For start-‐up, market entry, and newly created business enNNes, we provide a full scale recruitment process development module. We work closely with our client's management to design, create, and structure comprehensive policies to ensure successful recruitment iniNaNves are executed in the quickest, most transparent, and most cost efficient fashion.
Recruitment Process Reform (RPR)
For exisNng business enNNes that have completed our assessment module and have idenNfied areas for improvement, we provide a recruitment process reform module. We work closely with our client's
management to revamp policies to ensure successful recruitment iniNaNves are executed in the quickest, most transparent, and most cost efficient fashion.

IT System Design, CustomizaJon and Deployment
For newly created or exisNng business enNNes, we can provide a full suite of IT system design, customizaNon, and
deployment. Leverage uNlizes the same IT system to execute our retained searches, but this system is customized for internal HR use. Our proprietary online pla[orm allows full transparency and customizaNon throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Our online tools are extremely cost effecNve and depending on the size of the organizaNon and aDer the iniNal installaNon and customizaNon, can cost just a few hundred dollars a month.
Using our dedicated cloud compuNng technology, our clients can access their team's daily acNvity. The client can view which type of candidates are being interviewed, all resumes submi]ed (before or aDer the online screening process), the results of first-‐Nme contacts with potenNal candidates, the reasons candidates are rejecNng the job opportunity and why they are interested in the opportunity. Our clients can manage all documentaNon related to outside vendor management, billing, and have full administraNve access to the network to monitor all user interacNon with the pla[orm. The client can view up-‐to-‐ date search staNsNcs and metrics, which indicate how many on-‐target candidates have been met, interviewed, and their posiNon in the interview pipeline. The client can request to have specific emails alerts, for example when a new candidate CV/resume has been submi]ed or when a search has been completed. We can also support mulNple users in situaNons when there are line managers in different departments reviewing and interviewing potenNal candidates. Each line manager can add his or her notes aDer each resume submission or interview and can view other line managers comments and can add or respond to those comments in a blog-‐like fashion. We can also limit the usage of each user, for example not allowing individual line managers to delete or destrucNvely edit online informaNon. All informaNon is saved and stored in a secure online environment and can be accessed at any Nme from any locaNon. For clients that are managing a cross-‐border recruitment iniNaNve over several Nme zones, our system allows for significant Nme savings, thereby reducing the client's Nme and streamlines the enNre search process.
In-‐house or Onsite Recruitment
For newly created or exisNng business enNNes, one of our partners or consultants can join our client's organizaNon for a limited Nme to carry out the day-‐to-‐day responsibiliNes of the internal recruiter to ensure that policies are being implemented and properly executed. By uNlizing our outsourcing module, our staff can implement several modules within a designated Nme frame and transiNon the responsibiliNes to a newly hired staff. If management doesn't perceive a need for a full-‐Nme staff aDer our modules are implemented, we can manage the recruitment funcNon remotely on a conNnuing part-‐Nme or ad hoc basis.

For newly created or exisNng business enNNes, we can provide a vendor due-‐diligence module. This module provides a comprehensive list of guidelines that can be implemented to ensure all regulatory and compliance ma]ers are properly
followed when interfacing with external vendors. Security and anN-‐fraud are also issues that are addressed in this module and in today's compeNNve market environment, we strongly recommend a thorough due-‐diligence process be implemented. This module also establishes a benchmarking system to weed out poor performing vendors, retain producNve resources, and
streamline the requisiNon-‐to-‐fill process.
