FEELING ZEN
Zen teaches, that our approach to today determines our whole approach to life. The Japanese call this attitude
Ichi-nichi issho “Each day is a Lifetime”.
We wake up in the morning Newly born. As we go through the day we age and gain experience. At the end of the day we ‘die’, take a rest. What we do during the day and how we do it, becomes the foundations of our life time. The more committed we are in living a spiritually
empowered life, willing to accept, that we are spiritual beings who create their own reality. We aren’t simply victims of our Circumstances. When we live a life guided by the centerpoint of your being, the more peaceful you will feel. Life is happening for us, not against us. Make each day meaningful. Make a difference, it does not have to be huge. Give someone an unexpected compliment. Visit a friend in the hospital. Volunteer, even one day a month makes a difference to any organization. Make a call to someone in need. Remember WE weave the tapestry of our life. Does the room light up we enter and are we leaving the room/earth better then we found it !!!
Make today a Zen day, a day well lived.
