Job Title: Account Manager Function: Group Operations

Department: Operations Location: Stavanger, Norway

Reports To: Sales & Business

Development Manager

Responsible For: Field Personnel

Reporting Structure:

Job Purpose:

To manage the day to day running of client account whilst maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to develop any potential new business opportunities with the client whilst always promoting a positive image of the organisation. This includes management of all commercial and contractual matters relating to the account.

Key Responsibilities: Overview:

The Account Manager is required to contribute and co-ordinate the TWMA onshore and offshore waste operations and services, related to the specific client with focus on (but not limited to):

• Delivery of consistently high quality of service delivery and continuous improvement to all client projects.

• Maintenance/development of all aspects of the client relationships, including contract requirements.

• Management of personnel and equipment resources allocated and aligned to service delivery requirements within the contract scope of work and the offshore team requirements.

Service/Business Delivery:

• Manage the efficient and effective delivery of client project and relationship requirements with focus on:

o Effectively liaising with the client to identify their specific and contractual requirements.

o Implementation of effective review processes to ensure that any changes are identified and actioned.

o Structured planning, scheduling and execution of personnel and equipment to meet client’s requirements with expected delivery to the highest standards.

o Commercial management of the projects to maximize return for the Company in line with contract.

o Effective reporting in line with Company procedures/formats to meet both internal and client requirements.

• Effectively manage resources (personnel/equipment) deployed to projects to optimize service uptime and performance:

o Manage effective liaison with Engineering and other functions to ensure proactive approach to equipment maintenance and repair to deliver optimized performance. • Manage the internal control of personnel and equipment movements and allocations ensuring

that all required systems are effectively maintained in real time.

• Maintain internal and external relationships to support the performance and delivery of the offshore team.

• Manage a process of continuous improvement to identify innovations and developments to enhance service delivery.

HSEQ:

• Responsibility for the implementation of robust HSEQ performance in line with the clients contract requirements, Group HSEQ policies and programs.

• Continually monitor and report the effectiveness of the HSEQ program and proactively identify and implement changes, as required.

• Communicate, manage and maintain high awareness level in respect of HSE targets and objectives. • Ensure compliance with all TWMA, client contract, job specific and regulatory procedures /

legislation.

• Proactively communicate any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement to the Group program.

Personnel:

• Lead, manage, develop and motivate a highly skilled, competent and effective operations team assigned to the respective project to deliver the Company service to the highest standard.

o Manage effective prioritisation and delegation within the team to deliver effective performance.

• Manage a culture of effective communication at all levels with clear objectives, deliverables and targets aligned to high standards of service delivery.

• Maintain an effective personnel management program including discipline/grievance issues and performance management according to policy in a timely manner.

• Optimize manning levels, in line with operational requirements and commercial considerations. • Deliver an effective performance management program to develop the capability of the team:

o Manage the delivery of the identified Training and Competency for your respective project team in line with identified requirements or development plans (in conjunction with HR/Training).

o Liaise with company management team ensuring an efficient level of service is maintained throughout the Company’s operations.

• Liaise with the relevant Manager to ensure Engineering, Stores and Maintenance Departments support the requirements with regards to equipment requirements for all client projects.

o Ensure good operating practices are followed by all employees through effective communication, ensuring compliance with written procedures.

o Liaise with HR Department to ensure that all offshore personnel have the required documentation and certification to travel to offshore locations.

o

o Ensure all necessary bookings, approval and travel arrangements for onshore and offshore operations personnel to and from offshore and onshore locations are in place.

o Review and monitor all Field Assessments submitted from offshore operations staff. • Conduct pre- and post-job briefings with SLEs to ensure effective communication and expectations

are achieved. Client relationships:

• Manage and develop a lasting and successful client relationship with focus on:

o Achieving a strong, effective and professional relationships with client´s personnel.

o Ensuring clear understanding of all aspects of the client´s requirements, priorities and expectations and managing Company service delivery to meet or exceed these.

o Identifying opportunities to expand and develop the scope of work supplied to the client and establish and deliver a strategy to secure those opportunities.

• Ensure that the project team maintain up to date technical understanding of the Company’s equipment, service capability and procedures to sustain effective customer relationships at all levels.

Account Management (Contracts/Finance):

• Manage service/business delivery, commercial recovery, and customer relationship in line with contract.

• Effectively manage Accounts Receivable from customers in line with Company targets.

• Periodically review the financial performance of all projects, identify opportunities for improvement and manage an effective cost control culture to maximize profitability.

• Deliver accurate and timely actual and forecast information for operational and financial requirements/performance.

• Prepare such reports, as required, to meet internal management and external requirements. • Attend client morning rig calls to ensure first-hand support is readily available to the client and

that drilling plans are known and followed by our operational team.

• Attend and participate in meetings with client regarding all aspects of the work scope from initial planning through to end of well reporting.

• Daily monitoring of TWMA operational performance and initiate appropriate action, where necessary.

• Liaise with management team regularly regarding work scope and program.

• Develop an excellent understanding of TWMA product range and services, but also the companies and products with which they compete.

• Liaise with contracts and proposals department with regards to contractual queries and variations. • Draft well budget detailed cost estimates.

• Monitor client spend versus well budget and record any commercial anomalies before they occur, budget/AFE expires.

• Generate and submit weekly and monthly service tickets and ensure client approval. • Liaise with TWMA accounts for timely submittal of monthly or well end invoicing.

• Track and record ageing client invoices to follow to ensure Company DSO targets are met. • Liaise with purchasing and stores departments to ensure requisition and parts and available to

support the project. Technical:

• Coordinate with Senior Lead Engineers and Survey Engineer to review all survey installation reports.

• Assist technical department in formalising draft bill of materials (BOM) details to accompany installation survey reporting.

• Work closely with technical department to ensure the project installation survey reports are submitted to the client within the expected timeline.

• Effective Well Panning:

o Draft Operations Work Pack to Manager for approval.

o Draft Operations Plan calculating expected drill cuttings volumes in line with client drilling plan.

o Daily tracking and reporting of drill cuttings generation (S-Curve) demonstrating planned versus actual.

o Coordination of Start-up and Operating Plan. Sales & Business Development:

• Manage the development of current client relationships to deliver new business opportunities with focus on:

o Establishing a plan identifying strategy, targets and individual objectives.

o Managing the delivery of the plan through effective communications with client, relevant 3rd parties and Company personnel.

• Assist management in maintaining a clear and current understanding of the Norwegian offshore market and proactively contribute to developing new customer relationships in the market. • Assist in preparation of tenders and pre-qualification tenders, when required, utilising the data

from the operations to assist.

• Understand client requirements and develop and present solutions to them.

• Be proactive when attending meetings or talking to clients to ensure any opportunities are actioned.

• Assist Sales & Business Development, Tenders, Contracts and Proposals departments with equipment selection and method for tender and commercial packages ensuring maximum impact is achieved relative to the services we can offer.

• Market the company’s service through effective communications with clients, potential clients and personnel.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications/Training • High School Education • Degree in relevant subject or Technical Vocational

Qualification • BOSIET

• IOSH Managing Safely Experience • Proven supervisory capability.

• Previous experience in an account management or project engineering role.

• Relevant field experience

Knowledge/Skills/

Competencies • Sound technical knowledge of Waste Management and Solids control technology and

process.

• Computer literate in Microsoft software packages (Excel; Word; Outlook: PowerPoint). • Rudimental understanding of

business process (e.g.

• Ensure that all operations comply with the Company and Client operating policies and procedures. • Ensure that all operations comply with the Company Health and Safety policy.

• Liaise with the HR Department to assure compliance with current employment law legislation and contract of employment.

• Keep up to date with other current legislation, legal requirements and regulations that apply to the company.
