Kaare Nordbø

• Born in 1964 in Førde, Norway

• Graduated from Norwegian Technical University in1989

• Lives in Szczecin, Poland together with wife Agnieszka og their 3 children

• Carreer path:

• Selantic (offshore and marine evacuation systems),Bergen. Technichal manager, an later market director from 1990 to 1994

• Embra (building materials),Szczecin/Gdansk, Poland. Factory manager, an later managing director from 1994 to 1998.

• Euro Odra (fish processing),Swinoujscie, Poland. Managing director from 1998 to 2000.

• Self employed since 2000

Segel Polska was (also) established in 2001 in order to support

Norwegian investors operating in Poland. Over the years, the company has developed to become one of the main suppliers of recruitment and HR services to foreign investors in Western Pomerania.

Segel Polska employs today 6 consultants and specialises in

Salary reports are based on information from 200 companies from 12 sectors

These companies represents some 300 positions and 140.000 employees Currently in Western Pomerania, 43 companies with 1.200 employees take part in these salary surveys
