NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Papa’s Big Fan Payback Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Papa John’s International (“Sponsor”), is open only to persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older and of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides. Persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are an employee of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies or any the NFL Entities (as defined below), or are a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee, are not eligible. “NFL Entities” means the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at kickoff of the Super Bowl 50 game (scheduled to occur at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on February 7, 2016) and ends at the conclusion of the Super Bowl 50 game (the “Entry Period”). The entry period is defined by the kickoff and conclusion of the Super Bowl 50 game, as described in the preceding sentence, and will not correspond to the duration of the telecast of the Super Bowl 50 game. To enter, an entrant must during the Entry Period send a reply Tweet (i.e., by clicking the Reply button) to a Sweepstakes Tweet (as defined below), then must by no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on February 8, 2016 complete and submit at the Sweepstakes entry website an Official Entry Form, as described in more detail below. Sweepstakes Entry Tweet: During the Entry Period, Sponsor will send eleven unique Tweets relating to the Sweepstakes from Sponsor’s @papajohns Twitter account, each of which will contain (i) a pizza emoji and a football emoji, (ii) the hashtag #pjsweepstakes (the “Hashtag”), and (iii) a question or prompt that entrants must respond to (each, a “Sweepstakes Tweet”). To enter, entrants must follow @papajohns on Twitter and send a reply Tweet during the Entry Period to a Sweepstakes Tweet (i.e., by clicking the Reply button on the Sweepstakes Tweet). The entrant’s reply Tweet must contain (a) a heart emoji, (b) the Hashtag and (c) a response to the question or prompt contained in the Entry Tweet. The entrant must be the owner of the Twitter account used to send the reply Tweet. Each entrant is permitted to use only one Twitter account to enter. Sending a Tweet during the Entry Period that contains the Hashtag constitutes acknowledgement of and consent to these Official Rules. The entrant must have his or her Twitter account settings set to “unprotected” or “public” from the time of submission throughout the remainder of the Entry Period and must be able to receive Direct Messages. Each Tweet must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and the Twitter Rules and with all technical requirements of Twitter. Each Tweet must not contain any material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, indecent, violent, obscene or offensive, or that disparages any company or brand, or that violates or infringes upon any trademark right, copyright or other right of any person or entity. Each Tweet must be original and must respond to the question or prompt contained in the Entry Tweet. Entrants are not permitted to send duplicate, or near duplicate, entry Tweets. If an entrant sends duplicate, or near duplicate, entry Tweets, only the first of such Tweets will be considered for entry purposes. A Tweet that complies with the foregoing terms and conditions is referred to in these Official Rules as an “Eligible Tweet.” Official Entry Form: After an Eligible Tweet is sent, Sponsor or its agent will supply, via a Tweet sent from Sponsor’s @askpapajohns Twitter account, instructions regarding additional steps that must be taken for such entrant to access the online Official Entry Form at the Sweepstakes entry website. Completion of the Official Entry Form will require the entrant to supply to Sponsor his or her name, date of birth, email address, address and telephone number. Entrants will only be required to complete and submit the Official Entry Form once. A potential entrant will not be entered in the
Sweepstakes until all specified steps are completed. The Official Entry Form must be completed and submitted by no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on February 8, 2016. General Entry Terms and Conditions: Each entrant who sends one or more Eligible Tweets during the Entry Period and completes and submits the Official Entry Form by no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on February 8, 2016 will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for each Eligible Tweet. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. All entries are subject to verification at any time. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. All determinations regarding eligibility and the validity of entries will be made by Sponsor in its discretion.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Following the conclusion of the Entry Period, eleven potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor or its agent will then conduct a random drawing to allocate to each potential winner one of the prizes described in Section 4 below. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries during the Entry Period. Each potential winner will be notified on or about February 10, 2016 via an email sent to the email address provided by the potential winner via the Official Entry Form. Each potential winner will be required to respond within three days of Sponsor’s initial notification attempt. Each potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and may, in Sponsor’s discretion, be required to (a) submit proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including without limitation government-issued photo identification), (b) complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) and/or a prize acceptance agreement in a form specified by Sponsor and (c) if the prize involves a trip or attendance at an event, have the guest who will accompany the potential winner on the trip or to the event complete and return to Sponsor a Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful), within seven days of receipt of the documents from Sponsor. If any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period specified by Sponsor, fails to complete, sign and return and/or cause the guest who will accompany the potential winner on the prize trip to complete, sign and return any required affidavit, release or agreement within the time period specified by Sponsor (if applicable), does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or is not compliant with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Confidentiality Requirements: Each entrant agrees to maintain as confidential and not to disclose in any manner (including, without limitation, to any media outlet or on any blog, social media outlet or website) any non-public and/or confidential information that the entrant obtains concerning the Sweepstakes or the selection or verification of the winner. Information to be kept confidential and not disclosed includes, without limitation, the fact of and content of any communications between an entrant and any employee or agent of Sponsor and the fact that an entrant has been selected as a potential winner.

$50 NFLshop.com Gift Card $50Super Bowl 50 Trip Prize Terms and Conditions: The Super Bowl 50 Trip Prize is a four-day, three-night trip for the winner and one guest to visit attend the Super Bowl® game currently scheduled to take place at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on February 5, 2017. The trip will consist of round-trip transportation for the winner and one guest between a departure city designated by Sponsor (as close as is reasonably possible to the city or town in which the winner resides, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion) and an airport in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor in its discretion); a three-night consecutive night stay for the winner and one guest at a hotel determined by Sponsor (one standard room, double occupancy; room rate and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); and two tickets for the winner and guest to attend the Super Bowl 50 game. The flight will be booked by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for the air transportation component of the prize. Seat locations and the specific trip dates and itinerary will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. If the winner is not available for the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Travel restrictions (including blackout dates) and other additional restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the airline as detailed in the passenger ticket contracts. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for the winner or guest. The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option. Sponsor will not be responsible for or required to provide any refund or compensation in connection with any cancellation, delay, diversion or substitution of the flight or any act or omission whatsoever by the airline or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Lost, stolen or damaged flight tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. The passenger contracts in use by the airline will constitute the sole contracts with respect to the flight and such contracts shall be solely between the winner, the guest and such transportation companies. The Super Bowl 50 Trip Prize is also subject to the NFL Game Terms and Conditions and the General Prize Terms and Conditions set forth below. 2016 NFL Regular Season Game Tickets Prize Terms and Conditions: Tickets provided as part of the 2016 NFL Regular Season Game Tickets Prize will be for a regular season NFL game taking place at the stadium nearest to the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to select the date and location of the game in its discretion. The 2016 NFL Regular Season Game Tickets Prize is also subject to the NFL Game Terms and Conditions and the General Prize Terms and Conditions set forth below. NFL Game Terms and Conditions: The Super Bowl 50 Trip Prize and the 2016 NFL Regular Season Game Tickets Prize are subject to the following terms and conditions: Seat locations will be determined by
Sponsor in its discretion. The winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the guest resides, unless the winner is a parent or legal guardian of the minor guest. The winner and guest will be bound by and must comply with all terms and conditions relating to the use of any ticket to any National Football League game or other event. National Football League game and event dates and times are determined in the discretion of the National Football League as applicable, and may be subject to change. The Released Parties (as defined below) reserve the right to remove from any National Football League game or event or deny attendance to any winner and/or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike, disruptive or inappropriate behavior or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game or event. If unused, passes and tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute passes and/or tickets. The terms and conditions of the tickets or passes awarded as part of the prize may govern in the event a game or event does not take place or is terminated or postponed due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The winner and guest will be bound by and must comply with all applicable league, team and venue regulations in connection with attendance at any National Football League game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event. General Prize Terms and Conditions: The aggregate ARV of all prizes is $18,965. The exact value of certain prizes will depend on where the winner resides and/or market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize (including without limitation, with respect to the Super Bowl 50 Trip Prize, any costs associated with meals and incidental travel expenses) are the responsibility of the winner. All prize details not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Use of gift cards is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. With respect to a prize consisting of a gift card, Sponsor will have the right to substitute in lieu of the gift card multiple gift cards with the same aggregate ARV and/or one or more online promotion codes (that can be used for online purchases) with the same aggregate ARV. Prizes will be awarded subject to availability. All federal, state and local taxes on the value of any prize are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the winner’s name if required by law. Each prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive any prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater monetary value selected by Sponsor in its discretion. Each prize consists only of the items expressly specified in these Official Rules. Each prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty other than as required by law.
5. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor, each of Sponsor’s parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, each of their respective successors, and the agents, contractors, promotional partners and licensees of each of the foregoing (all of the foregoing, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Sponsor’s and third-party websites, social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, each entrant irrevocably grants the Sweepstakes Entities a nonexclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, create derivative works based on and otherwise use the entrant’s Tweet(s), in whole or in part, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed (including without limitation via Sponsor’s and third-party websites, social media and digital channels), for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities and all other companies involved in the development or operation of the Sweepstakes or the provision of any prize, Twitter and the NFL Entities, the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing, the agents and contractors of each of the foregoing, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and will have no liability for, (a) late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors
of any kind relating to the operation of Twitter or any website, communications or attempted communications with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage or processing of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes, (b) any “act of god” or other force majeure event outside of Sponsor’s control that may cause any postponement or cancellation of any component of any prize, (c) undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail or (d) any damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold each of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind that the entrant ever had, now has or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize or any component and/or any use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information and/or any Tweet sent by the entrant during the Entry Period, including without limitation all claims and liabilities based on any personal injury, property damage or loss or death or any violation of the right of publicity or privacy or infringement of copyright. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt or use of the prize or any component thereof. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
7. GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules (including without limitation by adjusting any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules) or cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time in its discretion, including without limitation in the event that a virus, bug, technical problem, entrant fraud or misconduct, change to the terms governing the use of Twitter or the application or interpretation of such terms, or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupts the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or if for any other reason Sponsor is not able to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned (including without limitation in the event the operation of the Sweepstakes is interfered with by any fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or of public enemy, communications failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, federal, state or local law, order or regulation or court order). In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website and a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be verified or returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Sweepstakes any individual who, in Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor determines or believes (i) has tampered with the entry process or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices, (ii) has engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or any representative of Sponsor, or (iii) has attempted or intends to attempt any of the foregoing. The use of automated devices, programs or methods to submit entries is prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes may have been submitted using such an automated device, program or method. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the registered user of the Twitter account used to submit the Entry. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Entry times will be determined based on Sponsor’s computer, which will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Normal time rates and/or data rates (as applicable), if any, charged by the entrant’s internet or mobile service provider will apply. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and by entering each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of the Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules.

9. USE OF INFORMATION: Sponsor and/or its agents or contractors will collect personal information regarding Sweepstakes entrants, which will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at http://www.papajohns.com/privacy-policy.html. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that information submitted in connection therewith may be used as permitted pursuant to such Privacy Policy, and otherwise in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Entrants irrevocably waive all claims against the NFL Entities and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded.
