Harmony Spa Etiquette
Please arrive about 30 minutes before the treatment is scheduled
to begin. This leaves you enough time to fill in the customer
infor-mation card and enjoy the steam sauna, relax for a moment before
the Spa treatment. If you arrive late, we will be forced to shorten
the treatment time.
You can leave your clothes and valuables in a locked cabinet in
the locker room. Slippers and a bathrobe will be provided for your
comfort for the duration of your stay. Please switch your mobile
phone to silent mode before leaving it in the locker. If you wear
contact lenses, please remember to remove them before the
treat-ment starts.
The spa therapist will explain the phases of the treatment to you
beforehand. During the treatment, the spa therapist will let you
enjoy the treatment in peace. You may, however, initiate a
conver-sation at any time or make requests related to the treatment.
You should reserve a moment for relaxing in the relaxation room
after the treatment. If you wish to use our pool facilities, please do
so before your treatment. Most of the treatments make use of
dif-ferent oils whose effect continues after the treatment.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled treatment session,
please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. If the booked
ser-vice is not used and no advance notice of cancellation is given,
the treatment will be charged for in full. Group treatments can be
cancelled without charge seven days before the scheduled
appoint-ment. If the treatment is cancelled later than this, we will charge
50% of the full price. No refund is available for treatments that are
cancelled less than three days in advance.
We reserve the right to change the prices. Please note the
differ-ences in price for treatments done from Monday to Friday and from
Saturday to Sunday. The prices for Saturdays and Sundays are also
valid for all midweek holidays and other holidays.

When booking a treatment, please make sure to let us know if you
have any relevant medical conditions or allergies or if you are
pregnant or taking any medication.
Holiday Club Saimaa’s Harmony Spa offers pampering treatments and well-being for the body and soul. We use high-quality products to guarantee the best possible relaxation and treatment results. All treatments begin with relaxation in Harmony Spa’s own steam sauna and herbal tea will be served after your treatment. Harmony Spa is located on the ground floor of the Gant Hotel, in the vicinity of the hotel reception.
Harmony Spa is open from Monday to Saturday 10 p.m.–6/9 p.m. Upon request on Sundays, eves and holidays and at other times.

THANNThe Thann range of care products uses nature’s own raw materials, such as exquisite essential oils and vegetable extracts. The treatments are based on Asian wellness treatments. Each product has its own unique effect on the wellness of the skin and mind. The products do not contain any artificial perfumes, and have not been tested on animals.
DECLÉORThe expert in cosmetic aromatherapy allows you to be in harmony with yourself and the environment, and lets your skin radiate a natural beauty. The treatments combine aromatherapy with old oriental treatment traditions, such as shiatsu massage and acupressure. The 100% pure essential oils contain no pre-servatives, colorants or artificial perfumes. Not tested on animals.

Waxing and sugaring
Waxing removes the hair with its root. A hair removal wax is spread on the area to be treated and attaches itself to the hairs. Waxing does not cause unpleasant stubble. For wax removal to be successful, the hair needs to be approx. 0.5 cm in length. The result lasts depending on hair growth and skin area 1–4 weeks.
Sugaring removes the hair in the growth direction so the hair will not break and skin stays hairless for longer. Sugaring also removes very short hair, even less than 2 mm in length. Sugar does not stick to living skin cells, so it also enables safe, gentle and hygienic hair removal from intimate areas.
