$5000 Funeral Benefit

Owner Driver Tribunal Representation
The Tribunal was set up to give owner-drivers access to a low-cost dispute resolution process. We use it to resolve disputes over contracts and payment, etc.Under WA laws owner drivers must be paid WITHIN 14 DAYS unless there is a written contract in place and then it is 30 DAYS MAX.
Our lawyers and industrial officers help owner-driver members to prepare and present their cases to the Tribunal – FREE of CHARGE. We know how the system works and we have achieved excellent results for drivers.
