E
Now more than ever, there is an urgent need in America to rekindle the flame of entrepreneurship, and Initiative E has enthusiastically and effectively picked up this entrepreneurial torch.
Initiative E, Inc. is a new non-profit 501©3 corporation created for the purpose of securing the critically needed funding necessary to promote our goal of offering entrepreneurial programs throughout America's educational venues. Initiative Ewill be seeking out and fostering public and private partnerships with K-12 schools, community colleges, colleges, universities, foundations, state and federal agencies and funding sources, corporations, and like-minded private donors, as
appropriate.

Goal
Specifically, the goal of Initiative Ewill be to obtain funding and direct these funds to accomplish the following objectives:
1. Initiative E will help develop and partner with those who have also developed unique and superior entrepreneurial programs that may not be offered through existing conventional educational curriculums. Since current "entrepreneurial curricula" are often just expanded versions of basic "business school" coursework...Initiative E, and our selected partners, will offer entrepreneurial programs that will complement and build upon these basic "foundation" business school courses. In doing so, the students/participants will benefit from both a solid foundation of business education that targets the fundamentals and extraordinary entrepreneurial coaching that is proven to turn potential into possibilities.
2. Initiative E will select and contract with successful, motivating entrepreneurs to teach, train, and coach America's next generation of successful entrepreneurs. At this time, Mark Wehner's
REEsults Coaching™ has met our curriculum criteria and exceeded our qualifications required to collaborate with Initiative Eto achieve our goal.

but not limited to, chambers of commerce, trade associations, large corporations, franchises, and small businesses. Each partner must have the ability to reimburse faculty for travel expenses, provide
facilities, advertise the programs, enroll students/participants, and create a continuing forum for
Initiative E to promote and grow our unique entrepreneurial agenda.
4. Initiative E will compensate, as per written agreements, those who assist in securing the necessary funding, and those that develop and deliver the selected entrepreneurial curriculum.
5. Initiative E will offer these entrepreneurial curricula free of charge, in most cases, regarding any speaking or program fees. Matching or percentage partner funding may be an option in the event
Initiative E funded programs are presented to "for profit" groups or organizations. Each partner will be allowed, at their discretion and ability, to charge a modest fee for our programs with a percentage of these those proceeds shared with Initiative E and the remaining proceeds retained by the partner.

's Motivation
Initiative Eenvisions an America that has regained its respected educational, industrial, and technical stature in a global market. Our endeavor is driven by the problems of political dysfunction, lingering recessions, manipulated unemployment numbers, mounting government and personal debt,
entitlement mentalities, and by an educational system that is not equipped to provide solutions to these problems.
The mission of Initiative E offers a logical, strategic solution for these problems...
...the rebirth of the American entrepreneur!
Our successful methodology is targeted, entrepreneurial education. While some schools today are able to implement entrepreneurial studies at ancillary "club" levels, historically America's educational system was born because industrialists, business moguls, and politicians contributed to the dogma professing that "good employment is the result of good education". Even today's dominant doctrine in most American educational venues is still, "Go to school...study hard...get good grades...so you can get a job!" That is the problem! The vast majority of America's youth are being programmed to function in an outdated educational model, and then advance into a business model that does not exist
anymore. The job market shelves are bare. These bare job markets for graduates...at all levels...for all ages...in all arenas...scream for the only plausible solution...and that solution is pure, engaged

influence in American education...where passion and possibilities are just as valuable as grades and goals.
Initiative E 's is helping America'seducational venues create and build upon a new doctrine..."Go to school...excel...find your passion...and create opportunities!" Conventional education emphasizes education as a way to get a job...where wages barely make ends meet. Initiative E teaches that applying an entrepreneurial perspective in every aspect of the educational process creates opportunities and profits...and profits are a great measure of success!
Initiative E sees the world with crystal clarity through a set of entrepreneurial lenses. It is very focused on a much better future through the vision of a new generation of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs that seek "breakthroughs" first...and bank accounts second. These new entrepreneurs do not exist
today...and they will not exist tomorrow without the efforts of Initiative E and the financial support of those who also envision a better future for America through better educated American entrepreneurs.

NOW! Initiative Ehas everything in place except sufficient funding. Our non-profit corporation's administrative, legal and financial guidance, resource development, and entrepreneurial curricula with partnerships and venues for teaching and coaching the curriculum have all met measured criteria. Also, agreements and understandings are in force to effectively and efficiently launch our
entrepreneurial programming immediately upon funding.

Entrepreneurial...and Intrepreneurial Programming/Background
Although we have studied and reviewed many entrepreneurial programs, Mark Wehner's REEsults Coaching™ curriculum is currently the only program that has met Initiative E’s specific requirements. REEsults Coaching™ was founded by Mark in 2005 to provide educational and coaching curricula for current and aspiring entrepreneurs. His coaching program has been designed to create and empower entrepreneurs while re-establishing and accelerating economic growth...from personal incomes-to-entrepreneurial business successes.
REEsults Coaching™ was initially developed as an entrepreneurial catalyst within the real estate industry. Its immediate success is demonstrated by the following facts:

1. The initial REEsults Coaching™ Program, Empowerment 480, had 39 participants from the real estate industry. In the 14 months following the completion of the program, 28 of those real estate agents doubled their individual annual production, not just from $1-to-2 million, but one agent went from $4-to-8.6 million, another agent from $6.1-to over 18 million! Three agents tripled their production...and all but one had an increase in total annual sales production. Production numbers have increased every year since 2005 for REEsults Coaching™ participants, even in down markets.
2. Even the new real estate agent licensees’ sales production increased and nearly doubled from $1.19-to-2.1 million in annual real estate sales production while incorporating REEsults Coaching™ in addition to the existing basic agent training program.
3. REEsults Coaching™ helped NP Dodge Real Estate Company, Omaha, NE draw over 100 real estate agents to the company from competitors when Mark joined their company in part and due to REEsults Coaching™. This addition in agent population increased NP Dodge's market share from 8.8% to over 24%.
REEsults Coaching also offers an intrepreneurial perspective within its entrepreneurial programming.
Intrepreneurship is the business model where entrepreneurial business owners can educate and coach their employees to adopt an entrepreneurial "ownership" attitude in their day-to-day employee activities.
One intrepreneurial program helped a regional hospital increase its new patient registrations to over 13% annual growth, despite the fact that this hospital had experienced less than 1% of per year registration growth during each of the seven years before its employees participated in the REEsults Coaching™'s Intrepreneurial Coaching Program.
REEsults Coaching™ offers an expanded curriculum that fills much of the existing entrepreneurial educational void. Specifically, entrepreneurial mindsets and methods not taught today by
"conventional business education". This REEsults Coaching™ program includes ten key entrepreneurial coaching sessions and is called the Economic Survival Series. Every facet of this Series is unique...and reveals important keys to success in any entrepreneurial endeavor. Every student/participant that completes all 10 sessions will earn the certified REE (REEsults Entrepreneurial Excellence) designation. At this time, this REE designation is the only entrepreneurial designation we know of that recognizes and certifies pure entrepreneurial educational achievement. Also, REEsults Coaching™ presently offers these sessions as an area of study as approved Continuing Education in the real estate industry in Nebraska and reciprocal states. REEsults Coaching™ also is a Partner with the National Association
For Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE, currently with nationwide community college
memberships over 300) and offers the Economic Survival Series to community college students where the students can earn credits and a recognized REE certificate upon completion of the Series.
