Our highly skilled team of engineer’s carry out pre- planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of building types. We ensure our client’s buildings meet current regulations, whilst also maintaining their maximum efficiency.

CPS Contract Dept prides itself on providing a fully co-ordinated, multi disciplined Building Services Package. Our Management team are dedicated to providing our Main Contractor Clients with a first class service that keeps the project running to program and to a level that exceeds industry standard.

We ensure that our site teams are fully trained and kept up to speed in site health and safety. We are both, CHAS and Construction Line accredited and all of our site staff have up to date CSCS registration.
