Item Changing Item Change Details
GUI Changes:
Tighten Packages page layout; reduce headings/side panel.
The left side menu has been reduced in width to create more space for Pack Details etc. – also the pack details have been tightened in space going down. Both of which in return should reduce the amount of scrolling.
Note: scrolling will still be required, especially now that more durations and multiple demographics have been added.
Tighten up standard view/dashboard; reduce headings, etc.
Top two bars and recent activity options have reduced in size (height).
Folder functionality added to Recent Activity panels on the right hand side of dashboard.
For Recent Activity panels on the right hand side of dashboard, the same functionality added to add these packages/proposals to folders. I.e. add the folder icon.
Footer: Last date the data was updated. Version information to go in ‘About MOVE’ section.
Display the current data release at the bottom of the Dashboard rather than the current software version.

“Campaigns” button to go to “Campaign Builder”, rename button to “Campaign Builder”.
Agency Functionality that makes it easier and clearer for an agency to start combining 2 or more proposals.
“Company’s posted packages” & “Packages shared with me” added to building packages of sub-packages.
When building a new package using other packages these lists should now be available if you have the role that enables you to access these lists.
Same as above added for Agency Campaign Builder.
In Agency functionality this will have proposals received and proposals for the company.
Identifying required fields for station site entries (concourse/platform) –Ability to edit a station site and leave the unrequired field blank.
When adding a new station site after selecting either concourse or the desired platform, the system automatically excludes unneeded fields from site classification entry – e.g. if concourse is chosen the platform fields are excluded, and if a platform is chosen the concourse fields are excluded.
Editing of existing sites should now reflect this, and the non-required fields in existing sites can now be blank (which should fix and save errors previously occurring).
Increased pagination on sites in packages so user can continue to select sites to delete rather than one page at a time.
Feature has been added to increase the number of records that can be displayed – up to and including 100% of the sites in the package.
Filter and search by Company Name. Ability to search within package lists when building a package using sub packages is

Assist editing by saving the current zoom image when switching from viewing to editing – i.e. it should not reset.
Add Picture(s) of the site. During the editing of a site or entry of a new site there is the ability to upload a file (image, document, etc.) to assist MOVE with site classification authorisation e.g. map of station showing location of the sign.
Add multiple file attachments (while adding and editing sites).
For the above functionality the user can add additional files i.e. photo of site to prove it exists and a map to show its location.
Site rejection reason and who has rejected the site. Move’s functionality & what you see:
Ability for MOVE to add a comment when rejecting a site that will be visible to the Operator when reviewing rejections.
Highlighting changes in Site Classification. To assist MOVE with speeding up the authorisation of any edits made to existing locations, the changes you make are now highlighted.
19 May 2014 MOVE AMS Software Enhancements Site audience change notification- Advance filter on fields.
What started as a way to see which sites had audience changes has ended as full blown advanced search / filter options in sites. Filter options can be accessed by selecting the plus sign (top image)
A range of filter options is now available to the user.
The filter choices selected can be saved and the next time you open the filter search this choice will be remembered.
Option to select number of records on each page.
The pagination applied in package lists is also available in site lists, both as a whole and when filtering.
Options to export sites to pdf/csv files. The filtered list of sites can be exported as a csv file.
Reset report automatically for a site with audience changes.
If a site has had an audience change any existing report that contains that site will have a warning attached when next viewed. This warning will advise the audience data on the report is no longer current due to one or more sites audience changing and
provide the option to re-run the report.
R&F results can be run on more durations. Ability to run all weekly durations between 1 week and 12 weeks – represented as
