Step 5: A confirmation email will be send to your email address.
Step 6: Please select the link in the confirmation email and enter as a login your email address and your password.

The following information will be required to activate the SIM card; First name and Last name, your email address, Date of birth, Nationality and Passport or ID number. Save this information by pressing the button. If the system asks you to correct some of the Personal Data, please do so.
Registration is now completed and the next step is to activate your SIM card.
• SIM card Activation
Step 1: In order to activate your SIM card you need the information on the back of the SIM card. The ICCID Number of 19 resp. 20 digits long and the PUK code of 8 digits long.
Step 2: Please enter the ICCID Code and the PUK number and press the “Add a SIM card” button.
As soon as you have entered this information, you have the possibility to make a choice out of the presented Telephone numbers for your „personal number“. You will have the option to select your Liechtenstein and German telephone number for making national calls in Germany and international calls on a worldwide basis. This offering will be extended in the next coming months.

Step 3: Select your Telephone numbers.
As soon as you have selected your personal Liechtenstein number +423 661 XXX XXX and if desired also your German + 49 1570 XXXX XXX number these numbers will be registered and confirmed.
Now, your SIM card is configured for usage.
As you have now a “ready to use SIM card”, you are required to add Call-Value to your SIM card, if your card is not already a SIM card with a prepaid call credit on it.
Important!
Please write down your Telephone numbers and your PIN Code. • Assigned SIM cards

be on “automatic network selection”. For the correct handling please refer to the instruction manual your mobile phone.
• Using your White Label Mobile SIM card
The White Label Mobile SIM card has now more than one mobile number on the card, that means:
• You always can be reached on all telephone numbers.
• At outgoing calls from Germany your +49 number will be shown
• Your standard mobile phone number for calls made outside Germany will be the +423 Liechtenstein number
• When you are staying in a border area, you may manually switch from one number to the other, in order to have maximum coverage and use the reduced rates for making international calls.
• Making Calls using the Call-Back mode
Making calls in countries where you do not have a local number can be done by using the Call-Back mode.
The way Call-Back functions is easy to handle:
You simply key-in the required telephone number in the international format +49 157 X XXX XXX or 0049157x XXX XXX
Then press the “send” or green button. After a few seconds your telephone will ring. Accept the call by pressing the green button again. Wait for another few seconds, you will now be connected to the person you wanted to call.
Important!
With the Nokia mobile telephones and some other brands you have to select the call-back functionality from the “Menu”, the process itself is the same as described. During the call-back process, the mobile phone will give some messages about the status of the call-back setup; these messages can be ignored.
• Receiving calls
Accepting incoming calls is done by pushing the green button on your mobile phone.
• SIM Menu
The SIM Menu of the card has a large number of settings you can choose from. Please only change these settings when you are asked for. Applying wrong settings can influence the options that the SIM card has in their proper functioning. Please do therefore only change the settings mentioned in this instruction manual.

• SIM applications
• Multi Account Country Menu
At this point you can enter the information about your present „country“ location you are in. These settings normally will set automatically by your SIM card and please only change this if one of the following two situations arise-
o You left a country – crossing the border - and you have for a longer period no reception of a local operator. Please try in this case to select manually the country you are in at that moment, if that country is on the list of countries or select the * Global . Make sure that your network selection is set to “Automatic”.
o You are asked by customer service to select a specific country from the list.
Selection Mode
This always has to be in „Automatic & Manual Mode“. The option „Manual Mode“ is only there for service situations and has to be selected in „border type“ situations where operators on both side of the border try to capture subscribers traffic.
• Callback
iPhone Settings
When you use the SIM card in an iPhone, please switch this option to „on“. • Manual number
In some mobile phones the Call-back function does not function automatically and directly; in this case you have the option to establish a connection under this menu point.

• Balance Inquiry
Here you inform yourself about the remaining credit balance of your account. This service is free of charge.
• Call Rate
At this option you can enquire the call charges per minute for a call to a specific country. This service is free of charge.
• Recharge
At this option you are able to recharge your Account by using recharge vouchers.
• Show/Hide Number
This option gives you the choice to show the called party your mobile number. You can switch this on or off. (CLIR).
• Additional Services
This option is reserved for future, additional features.
• MyAccount Functionalities
The „MyAccount“ function gives the option to request the balance of your call credit as well as to change the settings for Voicemail and Call Forward. These settings may be changed any time.
This functionality is available on your mobile phone as well as on your PC.

• “My Account” Activities
In „MyAccount” Activities you can have an overview of all the various activities on your mobile phone; i.e. incoming and outgoing calls over GSM and VoIP, SMS, data traffic and recharges.
• „My Account“ Event details
Each single event can be seen in more detail if you click this again.
Subscriber number: Here you enter the +423 XXX XXX XXX Number,
Password: Here you enter the password you have entered at the
registration process of the SIM card.

• „My Account“ Voicemail
On this page you can get an overview of your voicemails. When you click on one of these voicemails you can listen to the mail and/or delete the specific mail later.

• „My Account“ Settings
In the „MyAccount“ application you can change the following settings. Click “settings” and chance the settings you want to modify.
o Call Forwarding
o Always forwarding to voicemail or a specific Telephone number.
o Forwarding when no answer.
o Forwarding when busy.
o Forwarding when not reachable (forwarding when not reachable when the phone is switched off or low battery).

Important!
The system will always try to connect to the user on the VoIP
connection. If the user is outside a WiFi area or the call is not answered by the user, then the call will automatically be switched the Mobile telephone. The user has the option to enter the number of seconds, before this connection to the mobile phone will be made.
• „My Account“ Voicemail o Notification per email
When you would like to receive an email notification as soon as a voicemail will be received; you can define this here.
o Changing the Voicemail PIN
You have the option to change your PIN.
o Sending email notification
Adding notification.
o Deleting the Voicemail after sending the email.
• Show/Hide own number
Please choose, if you wish to show your telephone number to the callee or not. • Adding your Call Credit (function not yet activated)
You can add Call credit to your account using mit PayPal, MoneyBookers, Credit Card, and with a bank confirmation for recharging if your Call credit has reached a certain limit.
For recharging with a voucher, you have to enter the voucher code.

• Using VoIP and Data
In order to use data or the internet on your mobile Telephone or the PC, please follow the instructions below.
• Settings for Voice over Internet (VoIP) Mobile Phone installation
To use VoIP on your mobile phone you have to select on your mobile phone the settings for network and WiFi. As well do you need to install an applet like Sipdroid. The settings for these applets are as follows:

• Using Data Services(while travelling abroad)
Your White Label Mobile SIM card is very usable Data services in foreign countries.
Important!
Be careful in watching movies and television programs when abroad because these „downloads“ may consume a considerable amount of Data.

„Account“: Now you are in “MyAccount” overview. This will inform you about your Balance, your PIN and PUK code and your VoIP Password.
Activities: Under „Activities“ you may see your call detail records of a certain period by putting in a single date or a period of time
Voicemail: Here you can listen to the left voice messages. These are available for a two weeks period and will be deleted automatically.

Subscriptions: In this chapter you may subscribe for additional services offered.
Profile: Here you can alter your Profile, e.g. your language or Login Password.
Tool 1: Within this section you can, by choosing „Web Callback“, make low-cost Phone calls. Please do this in the following manor:
A-Leg -Enter the Telephone number:
This is the Telephone number of the phone close to you.
B-Leg -Enter the Telephone number:
This is the Telephone Number of the Party you want to call.
Answering the Callback:
Your Phone will start ringing.

Please press the „green button“ and the call will be made
The cost for a „web-call-back“ is even lower than the standard tariffs. The cost for the call is directly billed to your account.

Tool 2: Sending „Web SMS“. This „My Account“ application offers you the capability to send SMS’s at very low cost. Please choose”Web SMS” and enter the Telephone number(s) of the party you want to send an SMS to.
