We reckon it’s simple: great food, fun music and awesome ambience. and we’ve got all the bases covered, with industry-leading chefs, a legendary dJ and a simply iconic setting boasting luxury suites. Just choose your dream Christmas package and we’ll make sure it’s all wrapped up! We ask a minimum of 50 guests for a private party.

REsERVATiONs

Telephone bookings will be accepted, provided that a formal confirmation is received by us with the relevant deposit within 14 days. Telephone reservations will be released from our diary should no confirmation be received. Any reservations made after 8th November 2010 must be accompanied with full remittance

to secure the booking.

DEPOsiT

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

FiNAl PAymENT

The balance of payment due is required to reach us by 8th November 2010. in the instance of an increase in numbers after this date, upon final payment we will

forward your tickets.

NumBER OF GuEsTs

if you wish to increase your numbers we cannot guarantee that this is possible, however every effort will be made to

accommodate additional guests.

TRANsFER OF BOOkiNGs

Aston Villa offers the date of your function in good faith. We reserve the right to move any booking to an alternative suite or venue, should a first-team fixture be scheduled for the date

of your event or the minimum numbers for your suite fall below the requirement. Prior notice will be given at the earliest opportunity and every assistance made in organising alternative

arrangements. Full deposits will be refunded.

BAR AND WiNE FACiliTiEs

under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks onto the premises or consume any drinks that may have been

obtained via raffles, tombola prizes or similar.

sPRAys/AEROsOls

under no circumstances will spray, party string or similar aerosol-type sprays be permitted. All safety and fire

regulations must be observed.

DREss

in the interest of our guests we must reserve the right to refuse access to any guest who, in our opinion, is inappropriately

dressed.

Any loss or damage to Aston Villa property is the responsibility of the client in whose name the party is booked.

RAil: Villa Park is within walking distance from the following stations: Aston station (lichfield to longbridge/Redditch line) Witton station (Walsall to Birmingham New street line)

Both stations run regular services to and from Birmingham New street.

Bus: Villa Park is supported by several services. The main two services are the no 7 and no 11 services. in addition, services 65, 67, 104 & 114 also operate to within walking

distance of Villa Park.

AiR: The nearest airport is Birmingham international. Rail connections are available via Birmingham New street.

Villa Park is approximately 25 minutes by road.

CyClE: There are 100 suspended cycle rack spaces available free of charge at Villa Park.

PARkiNG: We have two main on-site car parks, the North stand Car Park and the Holte End Car Park. These boast a total of 700 free parking spaces. Please note that parking restrictions apply on a matchday and the main car parks are

accessible by pass holders only.

We recommend you exit junction 7 of the m6 and follow signs for Birmingham A34. After passing Alexander stadium

So what makes the perfect Christmas party? We reckon it’s simple: great food, fun music and awesome ambience. and we’ve got all the bases covered, with industry-leading chefs, a legendary dJ and a simply iconic setting boasting luxury suites. Just choose your dream Christmas package and we’ll make sure it’s all wrapped up! We ask a minimum of 50 guests for a private party.

REsERVATiONs

Telephone bookings will be accepted, provided that a formal confirmation is received by us with the relevant deposit within 14 days. Telephone reservations will be released from our diary should no confirmation be received. Any reservations made after

8th November 2010 must be accompanied with full remittance to secure the booking.

DEPOsiT

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

FiNAl PAymENT

The balance of payment due is required to reach us by 8th November 2010. in the instance of an increase in numbers after this date, upon final payment we will

forward your tickets.

NumBER OF GuEsTs

if you wish to increase your numbers we cannot guarantee that this is possible, however every effort will be made to

accommodate additional guests.

TRANsFER OF BOOkiNGs

Aston Villa offers the date of your function in good faith. We reserve the right to move any booking to an alternative suite or venue, should a first-team fixture be scheduled for the date

of your event or the minimum numbers for your suite fall below the requirement. Prior notice will be given at the earliest opportunity and every assistance made in organising alternative

arrangements. Full deposits will be refunded.

BAR AND WiNE FACiliTiEs

under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks onto the premises or consume any drinks that may have been

obtained via raffles, tombola prizes or similar.

sPRAys/AEROsOls

under no circumstances will spray, party string or similar aerosol-type sprays be permitted. All safety and fire

regulations must be observed.

DREss

in the interest of our guests we must reserve the right to refuse access to any guest who, in our opinion, is inappropriately

dressed.

DAmAGE TO PROPERTy

Any loss or damage to Aston Villa property is the responsibility of the client in whose name the party is booked.

All ticket prices shown are priced per person, unless otherwise stated. Entry to all parties is by ticket only.

By PuBliC TRANsPORT

RAil: Villa Park is within walking distance from the following stations: Aston station (lichfield to longbridge/Redditch line) Witton station (Walsall to Birmingham New street line)

Both stations run regular services to and from Birmingham New street.

Bus: Villa Park is supported by several services. The main two services are the no 7 and no 11 services. in addition, services 65, 67, 104 & 114 also operate to within walking

distance of Villa Park.

AiR: The nearest airport is Birmingham international. Rail connections are available via Birmingham New street.

Villa Park is approximately 25 minutes by road.

CyClE: There are 100 suspended cycle rack spaces available free of charge at Villa Park.

PARkiNG: We have two main on-site car parks, the North stand Car Park and the Holte End Car Park. These boast a total of 700 free parking spaces. Please note that parking restrictions apply on a matchday and the main car parks are

accessible by pass holders only.

FROm THE NORTH WEsT OR sOuTH WEsT:

We recommend you exit junction 7 of the m6 and follow signs for Birmingham A34. After passing Alexander stadium

stay in the nearside lane and leave the main carriageway. matchday car parks are signposted on the left-hand side.

FROm THE NORTH EAsT OR sOuTH EAsT:

We recommend you exit junction 6 of the m6 and follow signs for the A38 (not A38m). At the island, turn right

following signs for Villa Park. matchday car parks are available – please visit the matchday Transport map for
