Floyd Bell

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

A native of St. Louis, Floyd Bell has been involved in IT administration and document imaging since the late 1990’s. He joined KnowledgeLake in 2004 and assumed the role of IT manager. In his tenure he has seen the company grow from around 20 employees to over 150. In 2009,

Floyd moved from his role in IT and into the Product Development group at KnowledgeLake, taking on the role of the Director of Product Management. During this time, he focused on building a team and processes targeted at delivering innovative content management solutions for Microsoft SharePoint. In 2012, the opportunity to return to IT was presented to Floyd and he assumed to position of KnowledgeLake Chief Information Officer (CIO.)

Ben Vierck

VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGEINEERING

Ben Vierck is an enterprise software industry veteran with a track record of achieving engineering excellence. As Vice President of Engineering at KnowledgeLake, Ben is responsible for leading the engineering team and spearheading the technical objectives of the company.

Before joining KnowledgeLake in 2012, Ben served as CTO at Devfarm Software for four years, leading the company through the development of three award-winning Workflow Authoring products. Previous to that, for eight years Ben led a twenty person team at Quest Software (now Dell) developing award winning Foglight APM solutions including the web load testing framework which Amazon. com credits as being integral to their service expansion in the early 2000s. Ben maintains deep ties at Microsoft where he started his career nearly twenty years ago as an Engineer on the Windows development team in Redmond through several release cycles of the Windows products.

Ron Cameron

PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER

Ron Cameron is a businessman and a software architect who has been successfully creating document imaging technology for over 18 years. Ron’s passion since the age of 14 has been software development. He is also an avid entrepreneur who throughout his career has started

and grown several successful technology companies. In 1997, he partnered with Bob Bueltmann to create Doctex, an ECM systems integration company that was acquired in 1998. Since co-founding KnowledgeLake with Bob Bueltmann in 1999, Ron and his team have architected and built a SharePoint based product set that has been sold and installed in over one thousand Microsoft accounts globally. Due to the tremendous growth of KnowledgeLake in recent years, Ron has expanded his capabilities beyond product development to setting and executing the future vision of the KnowledgeLake organization. Ron has taken great pride in creating a positive company culture where employee and customer satisfaction are the highest priorities.

Jeff DeCarlo

CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT

Jeff DeCarlo has 18 years of experience with document management and imaging technologies, with 10 years at Fujitsu Computer Products of America where he was also a KnowledgeLake Board Member for a period of four years. During the last six years of his career, he

held various business development & management roles responsible for researching, identifying and leading new business development activities that support strategic growth objectives. Jeff transferred from Fujitsu as Director of Business Development to KnowledgeLake as a Corporate Vice President in January, 2011. In his current role, Jeff is responsible for business development departments and helps set strategic growth objectives for the company.

Julie Lintner

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Julie Lintner has been with KnowledgeLake since its inception in 2001. She has 20 years of experience in the Document Imaging, Workflow and ECM industries. Julie has had many different roles at KnowledgeLake within Professional Services and

Marketing. She was appointed to Director of Marketing in 2009 and tasked with building out and organizing the marketing department. In Professional Services, she has held a variety of positions from development and project management to Director of Professional Services and now Vice President of Professional Services.

Prior to joining KnowledgeLake, Julie got her start in the Document Imaging industry working for FileNet as a Systems Engineer. Julie also served as the President of the AIIM St. Louis chapter for a number of years. Julie also sits on the adjunct faculty of St. Louis University teaching Project Management courses.

Mark Oman

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Mark Oman brings nearly 15 years of Enterprise Content Management experience and sales leadership to his role as Vice President of Sales at KnowledgeLake. Mark has extensive experience working with C-level executives in both the private and public sectors. As the trailblazer of

the sales team, Mark is committed to ensuring the success of KnowledgeLake’s global client base with world-class ECM solutions.

Prior to moving into his role as Vice President of Sales at KnowledgeLake, Mark served as the National Sales Director of North America at KnowledgeLake, worked in a senior sales capacity at EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) within the Documentum division, and held a management role at Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV). Mark is a graduate of Casper College with a degree in Business Management.

Robin Heisler

CONTROLLER

As Controller, Robin Heisler oversees all finance, accounting and reporting activities, including the preparation and analysis of financial reports. In addition, Robin conducts continuous research for process improvements and enhanced internal controls to streamline operations and improve

shareholder value. A member of the KnowledgeLake team for over seven years, her responsibilities have grown to include management over general operations, in addition to Accounting, these departments include Human Resources and Administration.

Robin received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and brings over twenty years of general accounting in both public and private companies to her position at KnowledgeLake. In addition she acquired two years of audit experience with a regional CPA firm.
