The EAGLE star rating category system
has been developed to assist you in your
budgeting needs. A single star denotes the
most economical choice of roof tile/color,
while three stars represents our more
diverse color schemes.
Eagle Roofing Products. The Company Of Choice.
When you choose Eagle, you’re choosing American-made quality, customer-centric service, and
innovative products that advance the roofing products industry while treading lightly on the planet.
Eagle Roofing Products is a Division of Burlingame Industries,
a family-owned, privately held company based in California.
In addition to our original roof tile manufacturing facility in
Rialto, California—the world’s largest—we operate facilities
in Phoenix, Arizona and Stockton, California and Sumterville,
Florida to serve local customers with experienced local teams.
These sophisticated, high volume manufacturing plants ensure
timely availability of high quality products, and they help us
remain knowledgeable of regional trends and needs.
Eagle Green
We take our commitment to being environmentally friendly
seriously, which is evident in our Eagle Green initiative. We
lead all other concrete tile manufacturers with our recycling
and re-use activities:
• We make a concerted effort to reduce haul-off
from all of our plants while purchasing the most
energy-efficient and environmentally safe equipment we can find
• Rejected tile is crushed and re-introduced
into the manufacturing process
• Trash that cannot be recycled is compacted
to reduce landfill deposits
• Wood tile pallets are repaired and re-used
whenever possible
• Synthetic oils are used on machinery
when possible due to their long life-span
• Engine oil and filters from plant equipment are recycled
• All Eagle tile sealers are water-based
The Eagle Way.
We have grown over the years due to a philosophy that
revolves around growing personal relationships. This starts
with our people, and it is reflected in our relationships with
our customers and our business partners. Having earned
a reputation as the company of choice, we listen to our
customers and react quickly to satisfy their needs. Every
person in our company is a customer service representative,
regardless of their job title. From our people in the field,
to our Order and Shipping departments, all the way to our
Tile-Makers, each person performs with the singular goal of
customer satisfaction.
Eagle’s long experience in the roofing tile industry and
dedication to prompt personal response to our customers’
needs have resulted in a well-deserved reputation for quality
and service throughout the construction community.
At Eagle, Innovation Comes in Many Choices.
Our product development teams never stop thinking about—
or creating—what’s next in roofing products. All of our
products are designed to deliver exceptional value,
performance and aesthetics.
Our Cool Roof and Energy Saving Roof systems are setting the
standard for energy efficiency. And our Solar Roof leads the
way in unmatched beauty and effectiveness.
Another recent example of Eagle innovation is CE DUR. This
incredibly realistic cedar shake substitute is made from an
advanced thermoset polymer. It offers the aesthetics of natural
wood shake with the durability, protection and value of the
highest fire and hail ratings—plus excellent resistance to wind
and freeze/thaw conditions. And it’s so incredibly lightweight,
there’s no need for costly structural reinforcements.
Of course, we also offer the latest in standard weight and
lightweight concrete tile, in a myriad of colors from which
to choose. As the foundation of our product offering, our
concrete tile is renowned for its durability and beauty.
Eagle Roofing Products. The Company Of Choice.
Tile Roofs That Rise Above With Value, Durability and Beauty.
An Eagle tile roof is one of the longest-lasting roofing products you can buy. Unlike some
other roofing materials, it’s engineered to last for the life of the structure. It’s important to take
this lifecycle cost into consideration, as the cost of a tile roof is quite affordable when compared
to other materials.
Tile has been around for centuries in some of the world’s most inclement climates. So your properly
installed Eagle tile roof can withstand rain, snow, high wind and scorching heat, and provide years of
worry-free performance.
• All Eagle roof tile and CE DUR shake is Class A fire rated.
• Eagle roof tile exceeds current seismic load requirements.
• Eagle’s standard weight tile (Phoenix) have Class 3 & 4 hail ratings per FM4473.
• CE DUR has Class 4 hail rating per UL 2218.
• All Eagle standard weight color thru tile passes Freeze-Thaw requirements, and CE DUR
eliminates freeze/thaw cycle effects due to its very low (less than 1%) water absorption.*
• Eagle roof tile is protected by a Lifetime Transferable Limited Product Warranty.
(Warranty must be properly registered.)
• Eagle roof tile can help to lower energy costs by reducing heat transfer through
air circulation under the tile and because of concrete’s inherent insulating properties.
If you live in a region prone to fire or hail, an Eagle tile roof may even provide a reduction in your insurance premiums.
Eagle concrete tile roofs are as beautiful as they are durable. The available styles and colors help enhance any architecture,
resulting in curb appeal that is simply not available with other roofing materials. Our products emulate historic roofing
materials such as wood shake, clay and slate—but are much more affordable alternatives.
Whether you are a production builder looking for ways to differentiate your development or a homeowner who
plans to sell your home in the near future, an Eagle concrete tile roof will help increase the home’s value.
Discover Eagle. Discover The Company Of Choice.
We invite you to explore the styles and colors of Eagle products in this brochure,
and we hope you will make Eagle your company of choice. We will do everything
in our power to ensure that you become another satisfied Eagle customer.

Create the beauty of an authentic mortar-boosted clay roof with Boosted Capistrano. These
individual cap pieces are available in a wide range of colors intended to create a rustic look
when combined with our Capistrano profile. Simply select your Capistrano tile and then add
the Boosted Capistrano cap pieces. For best results, mix your Boosted Capistrano and base
Capistrano colors - as this will add to the authenticity of your roof.
You can select from the Boosted Caps listed here or in our Capistrano tile product section. Then decide how much
“Boost” you choose to use and how you would like your mortar to look. Some prefer a neat treatment, while others like a
more sloppy look. No matter your choice, your new Boosted Capistrano roof will be beautiful for years to come.

Eagle’s Solar Roof With SolarBlend
™
A shining example of energy efficiency and aesthetics.
The Eagle Solar Roof is a solar system that not only harnesses the sun’s energy, it also integrates
seamlessly with Eagle concrete roof tile. This perfect fit maintains the aesthetics of your roof,
while maintaining the integrity of the roof system.
With the potential for substantial federal tax credits and state rebates, there’s never been a better
time to use your roof to reduce your energy expenses. And homes and buildings equipped with solar
systems appraise for significantly more than the cost of their investment.
The Eagle Solar Roof. It’s a safe, quiet, beautiful and environmentally responsible way to
lower energy costs.
“A solar electric system increases home value by $20,000 for each $1,000 in annual reduced operating costs, according to the Appraisal
Institute. That is to say, if a solar system can reduce the electric bill by $1,000 per year, the home is worth about $20,000 more in
increased appraisable value.
A solar electric system compares very favorably with other home improvements in percentage of cost recovered. Often, a solar system can
recover much more than 100% of its cost and this percentage actually increases over time as electric rates rise.”

Fire resistAnce—EAgLE tiles easily exceed the resistance requirements for burning brands and spread of flame listed in A.S.T.M. Class A fire test criteria.
cold WeAther resistAnce—EAgLE tile products surpass the freeze-thaw requirements of all known building code development agencies. Color-bonded/slurry coated tiles are not recommended in regions subject to repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
instAllAtion—Detailed installation recommendations can be found in the Installation for Moderate Climate Regions published by the Tile Roof Institute, the FRSA/TRI Installation Manual and TRI Design Criteria for Snow and Cold Regions or check with your local building official. WArrAnty—Limited lifetime product warranty available. Note: Eagle warrants the performance of tiles only. Workmanship and accessory materials must be warranted by others.
eFFlorescence—Temporary light patterning may appear on darker tiles. This is caused by efflorescence and occurs naturally as seen on sidewalks and brick walls when alkaline deposits gravitate to the surfaces exposed to moisture. The surface of every EAgLE tile has been treated to minimize efflorescence
color Blending—Your roofer is responsible for blending multi-colored tile blends and ranges during installation. This on-the-roof blending will help to avoid any heavy concentrations of a particular color in a small area of the roof..
disclAimer—The printed colors shown in this brochure may vary from actual tile colors. Before making a final selection, be sure to obtain current tile samples and view current roof installations.

Higher Performance. Lower Energy Costs.
Are you ready to have your roof do more than just beautify the structure it protects? Now you can
create a superior roof by incorporating Eagle’s Cool Roofing products and accessories. These can be
used together or separately to increase the performance, longevity and efficiency of your new roof.
Eagle Cool Roof Tile
Cool Roof Rated products have been approved as highly reflective by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC). These products can
not only help you meet local building code requirements, they also provide superior benefits for homeowners and the environment.
Eagle’s Cool Roof Tile products can provide 10-30 percent savings on energy bills as well as possible additional rebates through
local utility companies. Beyond this tangible monetary benefit, Eagle Cool Roof Tile products are also kind to the environment.
They help to reduce heat islands, reduce the dissemination of smog producing chemicals and reduce the production of CO2.
Energy Star Ratings have a reflectivity value of greater than 25% (.25). The product also has to be available in the market for more
than 3 years to qualify. Although this is a well recognized rating system, there typically are no additional credits or monetary value
associated to these colors. It is recommended you check with your local utility and building code guidelines for compliance with
programs.
Eagle Roofing Accessories
These products help your contractor ensure your roof is installed properly; providing increased longevity and improved
performance in varied weather conditions.
Eave Closure
Elevates the eave course and helps to prevent bird nesting. Available for each profile of tile in a variety of colors.
Flex Vent, Flex Seal & Flex Flash
Works at the ridge of your roof to provide ventilation that allows hot air to escape from the roof deck. It also works as a weather block seal helping to prevent any water intrusion at the ridge, or hard to manage areas.
Ridge Riser
This will be used to increase ventilation at the ridge of your roof, and can be used with any tile profile.
