At the Buffalo Wellness Center we offer customized programs for adults and children. Our programs help businesses, individuals or groups grow smarter and become inspired to reach beyond their visions. We work with associations, corporations, educational sectors as well as health & wellness facilities. Our speakers have experience in conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and conventions across the United States. Each Program is tailored to your goals.

We have come together to develop educational programs to not only inspire, but to restore harmony and health back into the lives of our community! We understand that this is a collaborative effort and we are excited that you are looking to broaden your educational approach to healthcare with the Buffalo Wellness Center.

Our Mission

The Buffalo Wellness Center is dedicated to educate and offer holistic health practices to the communities of Western New York. We believe that holistic health benefits everyone. We inspire, support, and guide people to explore healthier

lifestyles through our wellness events, workshops, corporate trainings, school seminars, and retreats. We provide holistic services through our network of professional holistic practitioners and specialists.

The Buffalo Wellness Center believes that holistic services should be available to all and offers Scholarship Programs to those in need of financial assistance.

The Buffalo Wellness Center supports integrative medicine and aims to integrate holistic health with traditional medical practices to help bridge the gap between patients and their doctors.

Or goals are achieved through our network of dedicated sponsors, staff members, volunteers, board members, and our community.

BWC’s Core Values

We accept and honor where individuals are in their healing journey and offer them an open ear without judgment. We recognize that the healing process is unique for each person.

We communicate and operate our organization with integrity, respect, trust, and confidentiality. We promote a whole-foods, plant strong diet to achieve optimal nutrition.

We passionately believe all healing is holistic, encompassing mind, body, and spirit and that all people can benefit from holistic practices.

We support the integration of Western Medicine and Holistic Health practices to achieve optimal health. Location

We are everywhere! We conduct workshops, professional developments, and we integrate holistic practices’ throughout our Western New York community. Coming to YOU is our signature. We do have a site located in Depew on Walden Ave. At our on-site location, we have a full kitchen, yoga studio, meditation room, and sharing room with couches and chairs. We have collaborated & educated many different sectors in our community including businesses’, corporations, schools, non-profits, and the individual. We understand that stress is the culprit to all major illnesses and diseases and we are helping others to fill their “safety kit” with information that will provide them a happier and healthier life style.

History

The BWC was founded by Rebecca Joy Lesniak and was brought to life in 2010. The mindset was to create a place that encompasses health, wellness and inspiration for Buffalo, New York. After 15 years of research and education we have found the perfect staff that will work with you to obtain your goals; treating your mind, your body and your spirit. Our goal is to help increase stamina and restore motivation and vigor with tested and true techniques. We are committed to Helping Communities Live Healthier.
