The management team were originally IT consultants in the retail, logistics, media, banking and insurance
industries working for well-known corporations such as Transnet, Edcon, Standard Bank and SABC. They have
acquired over 40 years of extensive business knowledge and management skills, collectively.
Redwill ICT is fully BEE compliant and has a strong base of networking, server, desktop and laptop technicians
who are either contracted or directly employed by us. We are constantly employing students and apprentices
who have completed their studies through universities and institutions like Torque IT. Redwill ICT offers
employees in house training and promotes staff from within. They understand and know our systems and

VELOCITY

LOCAL BANDWIDTH
The Local Network connects all IS PoPs in an actively meshed configuration. IS local bandwidth extends to all IS Local PoPs, as well as to those that fall within their local peers i.e. SAIX, Verizon, MTN NS.
BUSINESS DSL FAILOVER TO GSM
An essential business continuity option should the primary DSL line goes down. Failover to separate GSM network infrastructure within 90 seconds of losing connectivity. In the event of link failure, client notifications are sent out via sms or email. Customers can view utilisation of Business DSL and GSM failover on IS Customer Zone; whilst account and SIM Management can be viewed on IS Mobility Manager.
TELCO SERVICES – NEOLINK FIBRE
