(8) Recruiters Membership is only recruiting companies. Recruiting companies may opt to join as a corporate member but would only be eligible to post

their job ads for their internal jobs, not for their clients. Any corporate or recruitment members would be requested to sign a Corporate Recruitment

Agreement prior to posting any job advertisements.

Member Qualifications

- Type 1-2 Corporation Members: Corporations with more than 50 people. Corporate organisations will nominate the employees they want to pay for at the start of the year and provide all names and email details via the manual invoicing process. If a Corporate member leaves that organisation during the financial year, the member loses their corporate membership status and it will be their responsibility to change their details on the NAWIC website. They may renew as an individual or with their new employer as a corporate member if nominated. Additional corporate members that are added during the year are invited to join via going into the NAWIC website and seek reimbursement through the company unless the organisation requests an invoice via the NAWIC office. No refunds or transfers will be provided.

- Type 3 – Businesses with less than 50 people

- Individual – a person that pays for the membership on their own

- Student / Apprentice: anyone participating in an apprentice program or a part-time or full-time student (correspondence courses on a case by case basis)

- Subscriber / Non-member – those who would like to receive the communication of NAWIC and engage with the organisation but not become an

actual member

- Recruiters – Recruitment organisations may opt to sign up as a Type 1-3 Corporate Member but are only eligible to post ads that are internal to their
