I am so happy I purchase the additional Data Kings. The four Data kings took about 2.5 hours to image 4 1.5 TB drives from a raid 5 array. One drive reported more than 60,000 bad sectors and another over 24,000 bad sectors while imaging on the DKs. I was sure with this mu

A RAW scan of the array was able to recover the entire 580 gigs of data, 98% of which was not damaged. If not for the fast and accurate imaging of the DKs on four severely failing drives the outcome for the client would have

So many data recovery companies say many bad things about SalvationDATA, even some of your customers, however, they say always bad things, and no tools are 100% perfect! I think telling people that you get SOOOOOO Much better support from SalvationDATA than other companies even another big data recovery company.
Will that another big data recovery company remote control your computer and show you how to fix hard drive? NO....of course not. They have HORRIBLE support.
I also see VERY MUCH IMPROVMENTS of SalvationDATA in only 1 or

All of SD Doctors + Data Compass + flash doctor = PC3000 + Data Extractor + PC3000 flash.
Only trouble with remote support is simply time zone differences,but if you can make an appointment with them,they can do remote assistant at home for you to help solve your problems with their recovery tools.
Software is VASTLY improved in just past few years.
English manuals are the most lacking thing in the past, but the many case studies and demos an forums help and make up for it.What's more,they are improved their manuals recently for all the recovery tools,which has much improvement.
The data recovery tools work well on Intel based computers (we use Dell Optiplex 360, etc with no problems),Also works well on new Atom netbooks which is really good for portability which is a strength of SD products, (they have USB which is a pro and con) Pro for convenience and Con for speed limitations.
I don't think USB is limitation for me because fixing
SA.firmware etc,only when cloning the data is it an issue with Data Compass,I think this will soon be USB 3.0 however.Even so, it is pretty fast.
