Acest document (EN 10219-2:2006) a fast elabarat de Camitetul Tehnic ECISS/TC 10 "Oteluri de

constructii - Marc!

Acest standard european trebuie sa primeasca statutul de standard national, fie prin publicarea

unui

text identic, fie prin ratifieare, eel tarziu pana Tn oetombrie 2006, iar toate standardele natianale Tn

eontradictie trebuie anulate pana Tnoctombrie 2006.

Acest document Tnlocuie~te EN 10219-2:1997.

Toleran1e suplimentare pentru 1evile utiHzate ca pHoti

A.1

Generalitati

,

Aceasta anexa contine liniile directoare referitoare la tolerantele suplimentare care se pot aplica tevilor

cand acestea se utilizeaza ca piloti portanti sau elemente principale In pereti combinati conform

ENV 1993-5. Aceste cerinte se aplica In general tevilor cu diametrul <::900mm ~i DIT <::100.

ENV 1993-5 - Piloti ~i palplan~e se refera la ENV 1993-1-6 - Rezistenta ~i stabilitatea placilor curbe

subtiri, pentru verificarea pilo1ilor tUbulari supuse deformarii placilor curbe. Deformarea placilor este

guvernata Tn parte de imperfectiunile geometrice ale placii datorate unei ovalizari, unei excentricitati

accidentale

~i

unei ondulari. ENV 1993-1-6 specifica Iimitele pentru fiecare din aceste imperfec1iuni

geometrice bazate pe conceptul claselor de calitate de fabricatie. Modalitatile detaliate de evaluare a

ovalizarii, a excentricitatii accidentale ~i a

ondularii ~i valorile maxim permise recomandate pentru

fiecare c1asa de calitate de fabricatie sunt indicate la A.2, A.3 ~i A.4.

NOTA 1 - A se vedea EN 1993-1-6 pentru detalii mult mai ample pentru clasele de calitate ale tolerantelor de

fabricatie ~i implicatiile lor asupra proiectarii ~i pentru definitiile ~i utilizarile simbolurilor.

NOTA 2- Valorile anumitor parametrii, indicati in tabelele A.1, A.2 ~i A.3 pot fi supuse schimbarii prin aplicarea

nationala a ENV 1993-1-6. Parametrii determinati pe plan national se vor indica Tn anexa nationala care se aplica

la ENV 1993-1-6 .

din acest standard prezinta caracteristicile nominale ale profilelor pentru

o gama limitata de dimensiuni ale profilelor cave finisate la cald. Caracteristicile nominale ale profillului

profile lor cave furnizate conform cerintelor acestui standard se calculeaza cu ajutorul formulelor de

maijos.

8.2

Profile cave cu sectiune circulara

Ace~ti parametri, care caracterizeaza forma profilelor cave cu seqiune circulara, pot varia Tn Iimitele

tolerantelor admisibile in acest standard ~i caracteristieile profilului raman valabile.

Abaterea de la rectilinitate (e) a lungimii totals a unui profil cay trebuie masurata In punctul maxim al

devierii profilului cay de la linia dreapta, care leaga cele doua capete ale sale, a;;a cum este

Dimensiuni §i caracteristici ale profilului

Caracteristicile

nominale ale profilului profilelor cave din domeniul de aplicare a acestei parti a

structurilor, se calculeaza conform anexei B.

Caracteristicile profilului pentru

dreptunghiulare. Caracteristicile profilului s-au calculat cu formulele indicate Tnanexa B.
