If you decide that you want to change which person attends a webinar event, or change which webinar events your people attend, you can do so with no penalty, so long as the change is communicated to us via email no later than two business days prior to the scheduled webinar for which the person is registered. If you purchase seats at one price tier and then later purchase additional seats that takes your organization’s purchase plan into a lower cost price tier, your cost per seat for previously purchased seats will be prorated to the lower per seat cost.

Only one person may attend each webinar for each seat purchased. Payment can be made by major credit card, check or purchase order. Payment must be made in full at least two business days prior to the date of the first webinar event your organization plans to attend.

Blazing Service Customer Service Training Program

(SIN: 874-4)

What is Blazing Service?

Blazing Service is a fast-paced, interactive training program combining the best practices of classroom instruction with easy-to-use web based reinforcement tools. Designed specifically to meet the learning needs of customer service providers in high customer-contact organizations, Blazing Service helps employees grasp and apply proven interpersonal and problem-solving techniques immediately. The program includes six two-hour modules for maximum flexibility in delivery.

Why Blazing Service?

Our NetSpeed Leadership clients recognize the powerful impact of our blended approach to skills

development and application for their managers and supervisors. They also understand the critical impact that their first level service providers play in directly impacting their bottom line success.
