Pre-Audit Compliance

Integral to the Audit design, Servicetrac has in-built pre-audit compliance. This takes the form of tasks, checklists, patrolling tools and other similar

mechanisms, which allow the FM provider real time visibility of what’s going on. It also provides the operator or employee

with a series of prompts and reminders to ensure that all tasks are complete.

More recent advancement of Servicetrac has developed this functionality into a client provider tool for open book service delivery. Clients can log faults and examine service standards openly with the support services provider, providing for better dialogue and client/supplier relations.
