Blast frozen as soon as they are cooled from the oven, all these breads are as fresh as the day they were baked.

PAvE GArDE ForESTIErE

An extremely large [1900gm] and long cutting loaf. Made from

wheat, rye and toasted malt flour; enriched with soy, sunflower and sesame seed; baked on a stone

and flour dusted to finish. A bread of substance and flavour, impressive on display for buffets, with a

cheeseboard or on servery counters.

• Split lengthwise, buttered and filled then cut in half on the diagonal with the two halves served side by side with a salad garnish you have a perfect, delicate and light ‘Ladies Lunch’!

• Cut in half diagonally and serve with a cheese or pâté ploughman’s or alternatively serve half a Tallo with a starter.

• Cut half inch slices on the diagonal and toast in the oven for Bruschetta or spread with toppings and decorate for delicious but economical canapés. • Top half inch slices with grated cheese and oven

bake to float on top of French Onion or other soups.

• Cut in long thin diagonal slices for use as a Crostini or to accompany pâté, humus and other starters.

• Slice through then quarter as a base for hot or cold canapés.

• Serve as an accompaniment to any continental style starter or main course, cut into strips, squares or triangles it will compliment with its rich flavour, colour and texture.

• Split and fill with Salami Milano, sliced Mozzarella and sliced beef tomatoes, then serve either hot through an oven or Panini grill, or cold with a glass of montepulciano or a nicely chilled Frascati – Italian heaven!

Low fat flatbreads with a delicious, distinctive flavour and soft texture.

Panesco was formed in Belgium on February 14th

1990 as a private venture to source Europe's

highest quality bakery products for supply to small

in-store retail bake-off operations and high street

bakeries. The founder marc messelis had recognised

a growing need for more convenience within this

sector and very appropriately, considering his

"love" for quality bread, chose valentines Day to

launch his new company.

21 years later Panesco is proud to be a member

of La Lorraine, the largest family owned bakery

group in Belgium. The total group turnover is

now in excess of €400m with interests including

flour milling, as well as fresh and frozen bakery

production. roughly half of the Panesco range

of 270 frozen items is now produced in-house,

whilst half is still sourced throughout Europe. The

emphasis as always is on quality and authenticity,

whether we are talking about breads, viennoiserie,

savouries, sweets, buffet items or ice cream.

market here is food service, for which an exciting
