Established in 1993, ALPA Centrums is one of the leading international freight forwarders based in the Baltic States. For more than 20 years the company has been successfully forwarding a wide range of cargoes by rail, road, sea and air on behalf of customers in the CIS, EU and other countries. ALPA Centrums regularly organizes deliveries of more than 600 types of cargo from/ to various destinations in more than 50 countries.

 For more than two decades ALPA Centrums has been providing its international clients with a wide

range of freight forwarding and related services, continuously strengthening its reputation for expertise, experience and reliability.

 ALPA Ltd launched its activities in 1993, when the company started offering railway tariff payment

services in the Baltic and CIS States. In 1994 ALPA became one of the founding members of the Latvian Association of Freight Forwarders and Logistics LAFF (now member of FIATA).

 ALPA Centrums Ltd is a parent company of a group, which includes companies ALPA Trans (Moscow),

ALPA Service (Pskov) and ALPA Vagons (Riga). In close cooperation we successfully manage even the most complex and unique projects, effectively operate our fleet of railway wagons, make and accept payments in multiple currencies and ensure exceptional customer service.

Established in 2003, ALPA Vagons (Latvia) is the owner of private freight rolling stock. The company offers the following services:

 Sends and receives import / export and transit cargoes (including heavy, oversize,

dangerous, perishable and project cargoes) through seaports of the Baltic states and provides full range of freight forwarding services.

 Operates fleets of freight wagons and provides all necessary freight forwarding services.

 Sells, purchases and leases freight wagons.

 Provides shipment tracking and cargo monitoring services.

 Offers wagon cleaning and repair services in Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and other countries.

Our own multipurpose fleet of cargo cars includes:

ALPA Trans is the company- resident of the Russian Federation and the official freight forwarder of JSC Russian Railways since 2005.

ALPA Trans provides the following rail freight forwarding services:

 Forwards export/import and transit freights by railways in Russian Federation, CIS, Baltic and EU States.

 Organises transportation of empty wagons by railways in Russian Federation domestically and to Ukraine, Belarus and Latvia without direct involvement of the recipient (using digital signature ).

 Accepts and makes payments in multiple currencies: KZT, RUB, CHF, EUR and USD.  Ensures shipment tracking and cargo monitoring.

 Advises on issues related to: railway transportation of various types of cargo, route optimization, tariffs, railway station codes, routes, delivery lead times and rail freight policies.

ALPA Trans closely cooperates with companies based in Belorussia and Kazakhstan and organizes cargo

deliveries within the Customs Union.

Established in 2003, ALPA Servis provides its international customers with the following freight forwarding services:

 Forwards freights by railways in Russian Federation, CIS and Baltic States.

 Uses the Group’s wagons for clients’ cargo deliveries in Russia, Baltics and Finland.  Organises cargo loading/unloading at the stations of Pskov junction. Develops cargo

loading/unloading plans in line with the requirements the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

 Organises transportation of empty wagons by railways in the Russian Federation domestically and to Ukraine, Belarus and Latvia without direct involvement of the recipient (using digital signature ).

 Ensures shipment tracking and cargo monitoring.
