Finance Fundamentals for Executives is designed to deliver a practical approach to finance for non-financial managers in any functional area, who want to probe further and grasp the fundamentals of strategic finance issues.

HOW

LEARNING FRAMEWORK

This eight-week digital program begins with a deep dive into financial statements and financial analysis. As the program journey progresses, you will discover how working capital requirements relate to the firm’s liquidity and sustainability in terms of growth and competitiveness. Capital markets, project valuation and financial policies are also covered in depth. Overall, the program demonstrates how financial decisions create value.

Individual assignments, virtual group work, case studies, readings, video summaries, personalized feedback from your program coach, peer reviews with other participants from across the globe, and personal reflection moments – are all combined to stimulate your thinking, unlock new insights, change habits, and firmly embed the learning.

You will leave the program with a clear understanding of your own company’s financials and the impact you can make on these financials.

GAIN IMD CERTIFICATION

This program requires approximately 4-6 hours of work per week during an eight-week period. It is intensive and demanding, and is designed to stretch your thinking. Successful and timely completion of the weekly assignments and summative action learning
