Notification fee
The first written notification is free of charge, thereafter each notification will be charged: 10,00 € per notification. Notification for bank consignments: 20,00 € per notification.

Storage of Import Cargo
Arrival notification day (NFD) and the following weekday (1) are free of charge. Thereafter the storage fee for the next three (3) days is 0,08 € per kg per day. Minimum charge is 8,00 € per day. Thereafter the storage fee is 0,14 € per kg per day, minimum charge is 14,00 € per day. Storage fee is addressed to the party picking up the shipment.

If Swissport Cargo Services cannot clearly verify that the transportation of a shipment from known consignor or regulated agent has been carried out according to local authority and
aviation security requirements, shipment will be treated as a shipment from unknown consignor and charged accordingly.
Deviation Fee
Deviation fee of 40,00 € per shipment is charged when information described on airwaybill differs from the actual weight and/or measurement of the shipment, and in case of removal of undeclared dangerous goods.
Dangerous Goods Acceptance Check (RAC) and Live Acceptance Check (LAC)
Check fee for Live Animals: 75,00 € per check
Check fee for Dangerous Goods 70,00 € per check
if amount of DG cartons is 10-20 80,00 € per check
if amount of DG cartons is over 20 90,00 € per check
Check fee for shipments containing Dry Ice (class 9) and Radioactive material, Excepted Packages, Dangerous Goods in Excepted Quantities, Expected Lithium Ion Batteries (ELI) and Excepted Lithium Metal Batteries (ELM).

Storage of Export Cargo
Storage is free of charge for delivery day and the next two weekdays (2). Thereafter for the following three (3) days storage fee is 0,07 € per kg per day. Minimum charge is 8,00 € per day. Thereafter storage fee is 0,12 € per kilo per day, minimum charge 12,00 € per day.
Airwaybill labeling
Fee for printing of AWB labels is Minimum 10,00 €
If more than 10 cartons labelled 1,00 € per label
Issuance of Airwaybill
Airwaybill issuance fee: 65,00 € per airwaybill

Lifting and transfer of cargo
On customer’s request. Including driver.

Charged per used working hour. Minimum charge one hour.
Transfer of Cargo to another on-airport cargo warehouse

TERMS OF SERVICE
By accepting any shipment handled through Swissport Cargo Services (Swissport Cargo Finland Oy), the receiving agent (forwarder) agrees and accepts current valid tariff.
Excluding credit customers, shipment documentation will be released against cash payment only. Accepted payment methods are cash or debit card. First Notification of Arrival is free of charge, next will be charged according to tariff.
Shipment must be picked up from the bonded warehouse within 14 days from the date of import.
