Dear Friends and Supporters,

As the 2015 ArCA Conference Chairman, I would like to invite you to become a part of our conference in Hot Springs, AR this fall. I would guess at some point in your life you had some interaction with a counselor. Those counselors are working throughout our state in the schools, universities, agencies, JDC’s, prisons and private practice. Our

organization represents counselors dedicated to continuing to learn, grow, and provide the highest quality of services to our communities, clients and students that we can. This conference is about improving the skills of our state counselors to better provide enhanced services, in all facets of the counseling profession, to the people of the state of Arkansas!

The Arkansas Counseling Association welcomes you to be an intricate part of our 2015 Conference: “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” a Counselor’s Promise. The theme will address the fact that every person a counselor tries to help is saying “I am here.” “I will be here for you.” However, at times counselors forget to ask, seek or accept support from their colleagues and families. Counselors must realize that they do not have to “walk alone” either.

The Arkansas Counseling Association (ArCA) strives to furnish professional development for our members. This conference is a great place to promote your organization and recruit quality employees or students. You’ll be in contact with both the decision makers and the line staff of a wide variety of Arkansas organizations including the state hospitals and universities, military and community agencies, mental health educational and resource displays and publishers, and consumer decorative and boutique items. Exhibit tables are located in the hub of activity, providing a central location for maximum contact and accessibility.

2015 ArCA Fall Conference Program Booklet & Back Cover Advertising

The Arkansas Counseling Association offers advertising in its annual conference program booklet. This year’s ArCA conference will be held November 18-20, 2015 and we expect to have approximately 700 mental health and school counselors in attendance.

Advertising in the program booklet informs counselors of goods and/or services that you offer. The program booklet is 8 1/2" wide by 11" tall in size. (Black and White only)

The advertising rate schedule for inside the booklet is as follows:

The conference folder (outside) is 9 1/4" wide by 11 1/4" tall.

Exhibit space in the convention center’s Exhibition Hall A is available for organizations, publishers, schools, the military, agencies, and other vendors.

Electricity is provided through the convention center. See attached form. Shipping questions; contact AR Counseling Association or Southwest Designs

The exhibit hall will not close for lunch on Wednesday or Thursday. Please be sure to wear your badge at all times when you are in the exhibit hall.

In order to maximize counselor participation, hospitality happenings will be held in the exhibit hall. We will also continue the ArCA drawing for exhibitor donated prizes.If you or your organization wish to donate a prize for the drawing, please check “yes” on the application form. Donors’ names will be announced during the drawings, which will take place during exhibit hall hours and at general sessions.

We invite exhibitors to attend our two general sessions. We especially hope all exhibitors attend the first general session on

Wednesday morning so that we may recognize you for your support of our conference. To guarantee exhibit space, please respond no later than August 31, 2015. Refunds will be granted if ArCA receives a cancellation notice by September 15, 2015.
