QCS PM11 PERFORMANCE TEST REPORT

Performance test period : 9 – 18 June 2016

Performance test locaton : Pindodeli 2 PM #11

Performance Test purpose is to demonstrate all units in the scope of project is capable to run

continuous normal operation, so that’s all its function can be checked and adjusted during

machine running which will be monitored for at least ten (10) consecutive days trouble free,

during the Total Operation Test Period.

Honeywell will record log all unit behavior to capture any downtime or abnormal condition of

each unit.

Then availability of QCS PM11 will calculate as below :

Availability = 100 * (1-(Total downtime / Total available time))

Record all system hardware operation every day during operation test period

a. QCS System availability

Based on the MIS data recorded by server we can say that the QCS system is running full

during the performance test period.

Based on MSS1 Link down datalogger, the scanner is ready during performance

test period.

QCS Availability ≥ 99.90%

During performance test period (10 consecutive days) the Quality Control System (QCS)

running well and no found any problem. Quality Control System (QCS) including QCS

Server, Operator station, Scanner and Sensor, and FC as part of MD control interface

between QCS and DCS.

Base on data logging during performance test period, no found any hardware or software

problem and no found any downtime caused by QCS. Table of QCS down time record as

below:

RAE Server running

QCS Server is online status can be seen from RAE CONTROL PANEL window and the status

should RAE is running.

CD Control status

Zone and system status for Thermatrol, zone 22 and 39 had hardware problem, need to change

thermatrol hardware for zone 22 and 39.

no alarm.

Reel display show measurement for each roll

Reel Scanner

Reel scanner is using frame scanner Q4000-80 model with TRIR fiber weight and moisture

measurement Q4204-50 model. Scanner is running normal which can be seen from the scanner

sensor status show the sensor readyness.

c. Performance of Control Software

Performance Guarantee of control software tested by compare the Supervisory Control in

Automatic and Supervisory Control in Manual mode. Improvement will achieved on the basis

of the comparison between Supervisory Control run in manual mode and Supervisory Control

run in auto mode. Percent of Improvement defined as follow:
