That’s some insane device proliferation and diversity, but then again, that’s the world we live in . Ubiquitous mobility has become a normal part of everyday life . Isn’t it great? For your mobile users, yes . But for IT, not so much . All that pervasive mobility and diversity makes it easy to see why BYOD isn’t just an industry trend, it can be an IT nightmare .

But just how is that data being con sumed? And where is it being shared? How much of that data represents enterprise files that mobile users shuffle onto Dropbox, Google Drive or other consumer-oriented cloud services just so they can easily get to it when they’re on the road? When users have a job to get done, after all, they do what they feel they have to do—even if it doesn’t always square with IT and security policies . Even though end users wield tremen dous

Real World Challenges for Mobile File Access and Sharing

According to Venturebeat, one billion files are added to Dropbox every 48 hours . In the name of productivity, has Dropbox or some other consumer-oriented solution become your users’ modus operandi for accessing and sharing files on the go?

Real World Challenges for Mobile Printing

Even though almost everything has gone digital, the reality is that sometimes we still need the printed page . But for something that should be so simple, finding the best printer to print to can be a monumental challenge for mobile users . What’s your solution for responding to these printing cries for help?
