-- Provides interior and exterior corrosion control and painting work to various facilities on base.
Architectural and Engineering - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity - FA2550-06-D- 1003
-- Provides architectural and engineering services support for Schriever Air Force
Base and 50th Space Wing remote sites on projects primarily involving architecture, civil engineering and structural engineering. Also supports other disciplines including but not limited to mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, soils engineering, fire protection, landscape architecture, land surveying, geospatial surveying, surveying and mapping, industrial hygiene and planning.
Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements – FA2550-05-D-1000 -- Provides a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work for various facilities on Schriever AFB, including design and engineering services.
Grounds Maintenance – FA2550-05-C-1003
-- Provides personnel, equipment, vehicles, transportation, materials, tools and other items and supplies necessary to maintain the grounds and remove snow and ice on Schriever AFB.
Refuse and Recycling – FA2550-05-C-1001
-- Provides refuse dumpsters and recycling bins and associated scheduled weekly pickup services at Schriever AFB.
Custodial Services – FA2550-03-C-0001
-- Provides all management, tools, equipment, supplies and labor necessary for custodial services on Schriever AFB.
Office Furniture Acquisition – FA2550-06-D-1004
-- Provides design, materials, removal and installation for system office furniture, office furnishings, carpet and touch-up painting at Schriever AFB and on some off-base locations.
Vertical Transportation System Multi-Base Contract – FA2550-06-D-1002 -- Provides labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation to perform routine
maintenance and repair services on the vertical transportation systems (elevators) at Schriever and Peterson AFBs, Fort Carson and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station.
BASE SUPPORT FLIGHT (LGCB)
Ambulatory Services – FA2550-05-C-1002
-- Provides full emergency patient transport services required for Schriever AFB personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The contractor also provides ambulance response to emergencies as requested by the Schriever AFB Fire Department within the extended response area.
Full Food Service Contract – FA2550-06-C-2000
-- Operates the Satellite Dish Dining Facility on base in Building 300. Provides personnel to prepare and serve meals for the entire base population. Serves more than 400,000 meals per year to military, government civilian and contractor personnel.
Technical Security and Administrative Support – FA2550-05-F-2001
-- Provides a broad range of technical, administrative and other security-related required services and resources to support security oversight taskings and initiatives on behalf of the 50th SW. This support includes management of several security programs and offices on base.
Cisco SmartNet – FA2550-05-P-2002
-- Provides technical support and maintenance for Cisco hardware and internet operating system software for the 50th SW.
Wireless Communication – W91RUS-06-A-0003-5P01
-- Provides wireless communication service and wireless equipment, including personal digital assistants, to the 50th SW and tenant organizations.
SPECIALIZED CONTRACTING FLIGHT (LGCZ)
Operational Space Support Services (OSSS) – FA2550-00-C-0010
-- Provides services required to operate, maintain and logistically support the Air Force Satellite Control Network under the cognizance of Air Force Space Command. OSSS also provides training, facility support and security support for the AFSCN. The AFSCN comprises a common user element, segments of various dedicated elements, and specialized mission equipment and subsystems. The scope of this contract is to support current and future 50th SW assets. Currently, the AFSCN resources include seven remote tracking stations; New Boston AFS, N.H.; a telemetry and commanding station, an Eastern Vehicle Checkout Facility, a Transportable Vehicle Checkout Facility; five GPS ground antennas, seven GPS monitor stations, a Transportable Ground Antenna, GPS assets located at Schriever AFB and the GPS Alternate Master Control Station, the GPS Backup Master Control Station, the Milstar Constellation Control Station and various squadrons located at Schriever AFB.
Mission Communications Operations and Maintenance (MCOM) – FA2550-02-C-0007 -- Provides mission and communications systems configuration management for the 50th SW and geographically separated units, electrical power systems management, communications systems engineering, small computer hardware maintenance, database applications support, 24-hour maintenance management, industrial safety, communications security, information management, local area network management, communications network control center operations, telephone operations, visual
information management, communications circuit management, satellite control
center support, computer operations support, communications-computer systems maintenance and operation for the Defense Satellite Communications System, Milstar and other tasks associated with AFSCN satellite control. Support is provided at Schriever AFB and remote sites.
Technical Services and Space Operations Support – FA2550-01-D-0003
-- Performs non-personal operations support, overall program management and integration as lead contractor for systems engineering and analysis and other space application-related efforts for the SEC as well as other Air Force, Department of Defense and government agency programs. The contractor examines, assesses and develops the means to integrate National System and DOD space system support to enhance combat and research-and-development capabilities within the Air Force. This includes integrating existing and advanced-technology weapons, platforms and special test facilities as well as the technical expertise such as knowledge of emerging space- based technologies and systems to assist activities at the Space Innovation and Development Center.
Civil Engineering Operations and Maintenance Services – FA2550-02-C-0004
-- Operates facilities at Schriever AFB for Buildings 400, 401 and 712 and associated infrastructure systems. Services include facilities management duties, operations, maintenance repair, construction, test and inspection of all installed real property and real property installed equipment such as heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, electrical distribution systems, lighting protection, facility water systems, sanitary sewer systems and solid-state uninterrupted power systems. Services include proper inspection and maintenance of primary and ancillary equipment and system functions, including but not limited to production, production control, distribution, pumping, emission control, cooling towers, water treatment, fuel supply and plant effluent refrigerants. This does not include incidental building modifications performed in connection with the installation of mission systems equipment or as otherwise determined in the best interest of the government by the contracting officer.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for fire suppression and standpipe systems for all facilities on base except Buildings 720 and 730 and vehicle gate entrapment areas.
Service is required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the exception of the Space- Based Infrared Systems facility, which requires part-time manning and equipment maintenance with a maximum two-hour response time during unmanned periods.
Energy Savings Performance Contract – F05603-98-D-0002
-- Provides energy savings measures including but not restricted to electrical, gas, steam, water and coal, which may be accomplished at Air Force installations and activities located with Region 3 and in any facility or building for which these installations pay the utility bill. Energy conservation measures or efficiency
improvements for energy-consuming systems as well as infrastructure may be proposed by the Energy Services Company for government consideration and approval. The government will only consider proposals that have a simple payback as mandated by Title 10 U.S. Code 2865. Energy system retrofits, facility construction and energy system renovations or replacements acquired through standard procurement procedures and using Congressionally appropriated funds are not envisioned to take place under this contract.
Rapid Prototyping, Integration and Development – FA2550-04-C-3008
-- Defines operations-and-maintenance and research-and-development requirements support to the Aerospace Fusion Center (AFC). This support is provided to the SIDC and, with contracting officer approval, other AFC external customers with significantly similar missions and requirements. This contract includes requirements for operations-and- maintenance support to include program management, operation support, fusion center processing support and engineering analysis support for AFC products and services, as well as operation-and-maintenance and research-and-development work based on future requirements derived from the in-scope briefing process for additional efforts.
Midcourse Space Experiment – FA2550-04-C-0002
-- Provides all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision to perform Midcourse Space Experiment vehicle flight operations and support 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The satellite was originally developed to demonstrate technology capable of identifying and tracking ballistic missiles during their midcourse flight phases and later became an optical asset of AFSPC. The contractor performs daily operations, anomaly resolution, spacecraft analysis and trending and spacecraft subsystem design and operations training and associated products.
Milstar Engineering Communications Support Services
-- This contract will serve as a vehicle to provide engineering and communications technical support of the Milstar system’s strategic, tactical and cryptographic
communications operations as well as resource management and communications planning software tools. All services identified are non-personal in nature and will be acquired under individual task orders by the contracting officer as the requirement becomes known and funds become available.
Space Operations Requirements Analysis, Technical Integration and Engineering Support – FA2550-07-D-8005
-- Provides technical support for the 50th SW in areas of requirement analysis, technical assessment and development program review in support of DOD and AFSCN
operations, development and sustainment. Interfaces with other 50th SW organizations, the National Security Space Architect, Office of the Secretary of Defense and other organizations conducting or interfacing with AFSCN operations, planning, development or sustainment. The contractor supports appropriate AFSCN planning and development forums and technical meetings and evaluates current and planned satellite programs’
operational requirements against AFSCN capabilities and identifies potential impacts to existing and future AFSCN and satellite program operations.
GPS Operations Center – FA2550-06-C-8003
-- Provides on-site technical GPS satellite operations support services and engineering services for military and aerospace and military weapons. The GPSOC’s objectives are to detect, analyze, report and resolve GPS anomalies; monitor and report GPS
performance; and provide GPS status, constellation status and technical support. The GPSOC will provide high-fidelity information including detailed GPS performance assessments tailored specifically for the use of DOD and theater warfighting forces,
intended for use as decision-making tools in the operational planning and execution process. The GPSOC responds to DOD, U.S. Coast Guard Navigation Center and Federal Aviation Administration National Operations Control Center problem reports and requests for information and coordinates the collection, analysis and distribution of information related to GPS-related anomalies through the 50th SW command structure in support of military, civil and allied operations.
