3. Withdrawing

No withdrawals can be made during the term of the Bond. We will typically write to you a minimum of 14 days prior to maturity to advise you of the options open to you. If we do not receive any instructions from you before the term has expired, your account will become easy access and withdrawals can be made at any time. To withdraw, once your bond has matured, a ‘Withdrawal Request’ must be completed and returned to us. A copy of this form is available on our website at www.ccbank.co.uk. Alternatively, email us at savings@ccbank.co.uk or call us on 0344 225 3939 and we’ll send you a supply. All sections of the form must be completed and then an authorised signatory (as per your original application form) must sign the form. Any one of the signatories can sign—not all signatories need to sign. The form can be returned to us by post to our Charnwood Court address, by email at savings@ccbank.co.uk or by fax on 0116 254 4637.
