2.1. The Client acknowledges that the UAE representative office of Alpha Capital Markets operates

under applicable UAE law and regulation as a confined activity office and that its activities must be restricted to:

2.1.2. Providing its head office with information on local markets and relevant legislation; 2.1.3. Providing data and information about UK markets; and

2.1.4. Promoting and advertising its products and services.
