Fill out our quick and easy Direct Deposit Enrollment form and give it to your employer to transfer your payroll directly into your Northwest checking account. Your employer may have their own direct deposit enrollment form. Be sure to check with the representative in your company who handles payroll.
Complete our Government Benefits Enrollment form and return it to your local Northwest office to transfer your government benefits directly into your checking account.

Direct Deposit Enrollment
Use Form B to authorize your employer to deposit your funds to your new Northwest account. Give the completed form to the person in your company who handles payroll. If you have multiple employers, please make copies as needed.
Government Benefits Enrollment
Form C authorizes the government to deposit your funds to your new Northwest account. Return this form to your local Northwest office. You can also enroll by calling the U.S. Treasury Payments Center at 1-800-333-1795 or enroll online at www.godirect.gov.

Step 5.
Change the way you pay
With Northwest, you can manage payments and withdrawals from your account in several ways. • Sign up for free Online Bill Pay in
Online Banking. You can: • Pay bills
• Make private, secure payments • Set up recurring payments
• Receive e-mail reminders about bills • Track and view payment history • Provide your account information to
companies that automatically withdraw payments from your account, using either your account and routing number or your check card number.
• Unlimited check writing

Make copies and submit Form D to any company that withdraws funds from your account automatically.

close your old account

• Make sure all of your automatic deposits are going into your new Northwest account. • Make sure that all checks, withdrawals and
recurring check card payments have been taken from your old account.
