Each page of Ka Leo is divided into five columns and twelve rows. Each column is 1.84 inches wide, while each row is 0.875 inches tall. We also add a 0.125 inch gap in between each column and row to evenly separate the ads. Each ad size is a measurement of the rows and columns converted into inches. For example, two columns wide by six rows tall (2x6) is equal to 3.805 inches wide by 5.875 inches tall.

The deadline to place your advertisement in Ka Leo is one week prior to publication at 5 p.m. The contract must be signed and returned to our office by 5 p.m. on the Monday prior to the publication to guarantee that the advertisement will go into the paper.

MATERIAL DEADLINE:

All advertising materials must be turned in by 5 p.m. on the Monday prior to publication or the same day as the issue deadline. If ad materials are not received by deadline, the ad may not have time to be built and may incur a late materials charge of $15.
