This document is an overview of the
NEW
functionality
in Agency Link that allows binding for certain types of
Endorsements.

‘What If’ Quoting is still available. The functionality has
been enhanced to allow the agent to also BIND their
endorsements.
What can you quote & bind in Florida?

NOTE: This functionality allows YOU to quote endorsements without having to make a call !!!
(New) Once you are satisfied with your quote, you can leave as is or submit and bind the change immediately.

Policy has a quote in progress in Agency Link that has
become invalid because endorsement activity has
been processed against the same policy in Customer
Service by a CSR. (Policy can be quoted next business
day.)
Click on applicant to access the buttons for Endorsement Quoting.
Options available are based on Status, otherwise “greyed out” (see next slide).
“Reload” will load the most current copy of the policy from the Policy System. Use this if you want to “undo” any changes and start over. Note that any changes you make will still remain after you rate so if your intent is not to “stack” quotes (rating between them)
then you will need to reload the policy.
The “Delete” button will also reload but the status will change from “Endorsement Quoted” to “Available to Endorse”.
The “Print” button will bring up the most recent quote details page with a print option.
The Endorsement Effective Date will default to current date and
must be current date or any FUTURE date. No backdating is
allowed with the online endorsement tool.
If backdating is needed, email your request to Customer Service at

The “Endorsement Review” screen is a review of the
current policy details.

From the “Coverage” tab, you can only edit (Quote) the fields with the red arrows. If you want to Quote Wind Mit Credits, click the “General” tab as shown on the next page.

under the “General” tab. You can not edit any
fields “greyed out”.
(You can not bind these changes)Reset will reset this page only (not reload the policy)
When ready to get a Quote, click the “Quote” tab and then click
“Rate” to get the change in premium.
Note:
Unless you “Reload” or “Delete” the Endorsement any changes
you make will remain after you click on the “Rate” button.
Effectively you can “stack” endorsements and see what the
premium will be between each change (rate).
While we have made every effort to prevent errors, they will display on the “Endorsement Review” screen if encountered. If error(s) cannot be resolved by changing your entry,
please call Customer Service to report as well as to complete the quote.

Confirmation Page shown below.
(New) You can now get the Pro-Rated change in premium along with the annual change. View and verify the fields you changed.
