PUBLIC SECTOR AND CHARITIES

Blake Morgan works with charities, schools, universities, further education establishments, health and social care, and social housing providers.

Within the public sector and charities markets we are the leading provider for central, devolved and local government in Wales with a growing presence in England, and the largest regulatory legal team in England and Wales.

For the health and social care market we act for Clinical Commissioning Groups, Commissioning Support Units, Acute & Foundation Trusts and for the private sector providers such as Managed Equipment Services. We are also appointed to a number of panels such as NHS England, NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership and NHS Shared Business Services.

“Their support has been strategic, in terms of policy, legal framework, the management

of the system at large, and political cover, but it has also been operational. Significant

support has been received also at the level of detail we probably had no right to expect.”
