The Arizona Group

was formed in 1993 and is an

Independent Insurance Agency with two locations in the

Phoenix metro area. Headquartered in Gilbert, we have a

satellite office in Mesa. Our team is comprised of over 40

committed professionals.

Unit Stat Filing –

This is the most important date during the term of the Worker’s Comp policy. These records determine the experience modification for the insured.

Mod Master -

We review and verify the current mod and illustrate the bottom-line impact. We assist in developing strategies to lower the mod, therefore reducing premium outlay.

Audit Review

We will provide a review of your Work Comp audit calculations. We’ll be certain proper codes and allowable deductions have been used.
