Construction consisted of framing, hammering, and drilling in zones A, B, and C. Both eagles were observed. Copulation was also observed.

In addition, a juvenile bald eagle flew to the top of the nest tree, next to A1. A1 made raised hackles and the juvenile eagle flew away and did not return.

No signs of disturbance from construction were observed.
