“Tool”). The Terms are covering the use of the Website by all its registered members.

By entering into the Website, you agree, without any prejudice and without any limitation, to be legally bound by these Terms.

The full use of such Tool is provided to you only by a paid subscription. A limited version of the tool may be provided to free users without a paid subscription for a limited time.

2. Your Obligations

2.1 By accepting these Terms, you warrant that: (i) you have the legal right and you are capable by law of entering into binding contracts, (ii) you will not breach any applicable laws concerning the use of the Service and/or the Website.

2.2 You warrant that any personal details you submit to www.bet-minute.com are true and valid. You warrant that you shall notify www.bet-minute.com of any change of your personal details.

4. Your Use of the Services

4.1 By accepting these Terms (contract) , www.bet-minute.com hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence (“Licence”) to use for non-commercial purpose the Website and the Materials therein, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved to www.bet-minute.com.

4.2 You agree that you won’t share your account details with third parties

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 The Subscription plans are listed here (in Greek) and here (in English) 5.2 The Price INCLUDES any taxes and VAT depending your COUTNRY RESINDENCE.

5.3 Υou shall be sent a renewal reminder (“Renewal Reminder”) prior to the termination of your Licence. Such Renewal Reminder shall set out the Price for any renewal.

5.4 You agree that the Price may be subject to change or variation from time

to time, subject always that any changes to the Price shall be published in the

Website and shall not be applicable to you once you have submitted your

Order Form. In order to learn if any change or variation of the Price has

occurred you have to visit and read the relative webpage of our Website here (in Greek) and here (in English)

5.5 We accept payments via

5.6 www.bet-minute.com reserves the right to deny access to the Service in case that has not received payment of the Price and any additional charges, including without limitation any applicable taxes. Once you will be redirected to your bank account or Paypal account for your payment process, you are complied to the Terms of the redirected payment process.

5.7 In the event that www.bet-minute.com is for any reason unable or

unwilling to continue providing access to the members area of the Website and to the Service, without any fault on your part, www.bet-minute.com agrees, on your request, within a reasonable time period, to refund a pro-rated portion of any of the Price paid in advance by you for any unused term of your Licence.

You agree that the abovementioned pro rata refund shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in such case.

6. Termination

6.1 You may terminate your this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of and access to the Website and the Service. In this case you cannot request a refund of your payment.

6.2 The use of the Website and Service will be terminated on the expiry of the term agreed between www.bet-minute.com and you and can be renewed according to 5.3 and 5.4.

6.3 www.bet-minute.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. In Addition www.bet-minute.com may suspend and / or terminate your access to and use of the Website and the Service at any time if:
