Bookings and Payment Policy

It is advisable to pre-book all treatments and packages. Full pre-payment is required for all bookings which includes all Pamper Days and all single treatments. These pre-payments are non-refundable.

Please be advised that our cancellation policy is that appointments may be cancelled and re-booked (subject to availability) up to two working days prior to the first appointment for all therapies and treatments and up to seven working days for all Pamper Days and/or Pamper Packages. Pre-payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or ‘no shows’ occurring within these time constraints.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Consultation

Guests on Pamper Packages will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. This will enable us to advise on the most appropriate and effective treatment regime.

Any personal details given at this time will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Facilities

Changing rooms with individual lockers are provided for the convenience of all guests. Gowns are not supplied for one-off treatments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available in any denomination from £50.00 and for Pamper Day packages, Spa Days and selected treatments or therapies are available for purchase in special presentation envelopes.

Please ask at reception or simply telephone The Pavilion or Dreams directly with your credit card details.

Retail Products and Mail Order

‘Dreams’ carries a full range of retail products that are used in conjunction with our treatments and may have been recommended for home use. These include body, skincare and cosmetics. There is also a range of swimwear available. Products are available for purchase either at the time of your visit or by mail order with free postage and packing. For that special occasion we will gift-wrap your purchases for you.

Health Note

We would like to point out to pregnant ladies that some therapies may be unsuitable. Other clients who are post-operative may also find that some therapies are unsuitable. Please discuss these matters at the time of making your reservation and if you are in any doubt please discuss with your medical practitioner.

Guests are requested to advise their therapist if they have any medical condition that has not been noted on their consultation sheet.

We are unable to undertake foot treatments for any client who is currently suffering from any viral foot infection or who has verrucas.

We regret that no refunds can be made and because of the specialist nature of various treatments it may not be practicable to offer any reasonable alternative.

Health & Safety Regulations

Please note apart from treatments for minors, only one client may be in a treatment room at any one time.

Clients are politely reminded that there may be occasions where the nature of the treatment or therapy may necessitate

disrobing, showering and/or changing taking place during the allotted treatment times.

Please be prompt for your appointment otherwise it may not be possible to complete the therapy due to therapists and treatment rooms being committed to other guests.

Please note that Bridal Make-Up may be undertaken in a room, suite or cottage within Eastwell if so required for which there will be an additional charge of £25.00.

Refunds

We regret that no cash refunds will be given on any treatments, sales or vouchers.

Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

DAY PACKAGES

All day packages include a continental breakfast on arrival, use of spa facilities, private changing rooms and individual lockers. Slippers are provided along with complimentary use of towels and gowns for the day. All gowns and towels are to be returned on completion of your therapies.

The comprehensive range of facilities will include: 2 × 20 metre heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), hydro pool with lateral suspension air beds, cascading water curtain, whirlpool spa, sauna cabin, mosaic tiled steam room with fibre optic lighting, jacuzzi, ice fountain with crushed ice for cooling-off between spa treatments and full use of our ‘Technogym’ gymnasium.
