Dear Colleague

In May 2017 over 1500 work and organizational psychologists from all over the world will meet in Dublin to discuss how to enable change in the twenty-first century workplace. This is the biggest meeting of practitioners and researchers in the field of the psychology of change and change management in Europe, and they will be here to attend the 18th European Congress of Work and Organizational Psychology.

The Congress will take place in University College Dublin (UCD) and its central theme is “Enabling Change through Work and Organizational Psychology: Opportunities and Challenges for Research and Practice”. The heart of the Congress will address the challenges and issues facing businesses and workers today - how to effectively enable and manage change in the twenty-first century?

Over 1900 presentations by leading thinkers and practitioners in the field will be made at the congress, including keynotes and state of the art speakers, invited symposia, oral presentation, and posters. Some of these will be sponsored by businesses who are curious about what advantage or value psychology can add to your business, and also by consultancy firms and multinational businesses that are at the cutting edge of work psychology techniques and practices in the field of change. A variety of approaches will be taken to exploring the congress theme. There will be round table discussions and case conferences focused on generating solutions to workplace problems alongside top research from all the universities and work and business research institutions across Europe, the USA and Canada, and from Australia. There are many benefits to supporting and sponsoring this Congress, not least of which is having your brand associated with this highly prestigious event. Many of the topics explored, include improving efficiency, fine tuning selection and recruitment processes, developing leadership in staff, building successful business teams, improving business performance, resolving conflicts, improving innovation and creativity, are issues that are central concerns for businesses today.

The Congress promises to be a dynamic opportunity for synergies, collaborations and networking between practitioners and researchers, and businesses that sponsor our event. Why not contact our sponsorship team lead by Deirdre Quinn? We are happy to explore with you how we can facilitate your interests through our sponsorship programme outlined below.
