Your guests no longer need to make multiple reservations in order to book two or more different room types. With Xcaliber™, guests can simply add the desired rooms to the Cart and proceed to payment, it’s as simple as that!
In addtion, different check-in dates can be booked for the entire stay. This is especially useful for group bookings or when a single room type is not available for their entire stay.
Payment Gateway and PayPal Supported
Credit card payments can be processed in real-time via our integrated payment gateway provided by Bangkok Bank, Thailand's largest commericial bank. Integration with any other payment gateway provider is possible as well per hotel's requirements. Customers also have the option to pay via PayPal if payment gateway is not needed by hotel.
Flexible Deposit Settings
Xcaliber™ allows for percentage or fixed room nights deposits, which can also be set for different periods of the
year. For example, 1st night deposit from January to October and 50% deposit from November to December.
Automatic Deposit Enforcement
Xcaliber™ will automatically force a 100% room deposit if customer uses a soon to expire credit card for payment. This will alleviate the problem of fraudulent and “no-show” situations.
Clean and User Friendly Interface
The frontend is cleanly designed for ease of use where bookings can be completed in 1-2-3 step process.
Absolutely No Installation and Expensive Hardware Required
