Om Sri Ganeshaya Namaha
I cannot answer all the questions but this i s what I know:
Devi Kadgamala is also known as 'shakti mala'. The literal meaning of the word is - mala (garland) made of kadga (daggers).
Each name in the stotram is a kadgam. when reciting Kadgamala, the daggers from Devi's mala protects the person and wards off evil. It secures a person from enemies and conspiracies. When praying one has to think of Sri chakram from the
petals to inner bindu.
The below is taken from a book on Devi:
There are 9 divisions in kadgamala (till 'chakra swamyinay namaha' in namavali). 1. Trai lokya mohana chakram- these are the powerful yantras of the tri-lokas .
2. 'sarva shaparipurvaka chakram'- this chakram fulfils the desires. 3. ' Sarva sankshobana
chakram'-4. 'Sarva soubaghyadayaka chakram' - giver all the saubhagyas
5.' Sarvardha sadhaka chakram'- helps in attainment of goals and achievements 6. 'Sarva rakshakara chakram'- gives all the possible rakshana to the devotee.
7. ' Sarva rogahara chakram'- gives panacea to all diseases 8. 'Sarva siddi pradayaka chakram'- giver of all siddis.
9. 'Sarva ananda chakram'- giver of all happiness I would recommend you to visit this site below

Sri Devi Khadga Mala Stotram Significance, Process and Meaning
Sri Devi Khadga Mala Stotram is a very special composition of praying to the
Goddess
Shakti, the Divine Mother in a unique and complete way. Unique in the sense each

names uttered is for a significant cause, with
meaning description and encapsulated with
divine energy and utmost devotion. Word 'Khadga' means Sword, 'Mala' means
Garland,
Stotram means a hymn or song of praise. So the
Khadgamala Stotram is a hymn sung in the
praise of Divine Mother, which is said to bestow
a protective garland of mystical weapons from
the Devi from all sorts of Calamities upon those who recite it. The Devi

Stotram takes us mentally through the Sri Chakra; i.e. the mystical geometric representation of the Supreme Goddess, describing the significance and meaning
for each form given.
It is advisable to Keep offering Kumkum (red colored Vermillion) at Divine
mother' s feet or on the Sri chakra Yantra as you recite each name of the
Mother. You may also offer flowers, Akshitas too.
