A big cash reward will bring people out of the woodwork.

Looks like Arthur Carnes has some explaining to do.

Sacramento is slowly turning into Fresno, with all this crime, murder & mayhem on a daily basis.

It's a shame....

Where are the City Leaders?

"Sacramento authorities were trying to determine if a body"...Trying to determine? That sounds as if they're comparing pics to this guy's face, or they're all standing around looking at him and saying things like "it looks like the missing man" or "he has the same eye and hair color but we still don't know." The autoposy will tell them who it is...fingerprints, dental work, etc. Or maybe it was as simple as this body having identification on them so they know who it is. Sometimes these journalist really word things wrong.

Basically its everyone for themselves and don't bother calling the cops unless you've got a dead body on your hands.

I was just saying that maybe his drug dealing got him in trouble. Drug dealers are killed over drugs everyday.

True... and he probably ticked off the wrong person with those other things he was known to do.. at that same bar... he only drank sodas for a reason.

Wow, nice guy. I don't wish anyone dead. If he is, I feel for his mother. However, I'm hope he won't be around to do that anymore.

Ever notice in cases like this you hear the big hoopla and then nothing for absolutely months?

I wonder if it's the lag time for the tox screening and blood work to come back from some lab somewhere.

Trial might take a week but getting the forensic evidence back from the FBI labs takes two years.
