This app provides a reliable inspection with recorded team members and capturing of photos for later analysis of the damage. For a customer in manufacturing industry Answerthink developed an app for

inspections of produced products in asian plants. The inspector gets a list of

inspections. Then he selects the members of the inspection team and goes through the checklist for the selected product.

For a professional service company a Timesheet app allows the consultant to book his working time on a specific project. The time recording can be done simple and fast after leaving the customer. So the time recording is not forgotten and soon in the system, which prevents emails to book the times at the end of the month.

maihiro added pharma specific processes to the CRM package for a big international pharmaceutical company. After a visit at a pharmacy or hospital the sales rep marks the discussed drugs and enters the number of handed out samples. He gets warnings if legal requirements for samples are not met.

movento added a package for

utilities (IS-U) to replace meters. The service technician gets a list of his service orders or searches for a specific order. Then he enters the meter count, makes a picture of the old meter to document the counter, chooses the type for recycling and closes the service order.

This replaces a paper based process and documents the old counter with a photo.

quindata GmbH is a medium sized IT-Consulting company focused on development and operating of industry specific IT-solutions for agricultural trade, agricultural technology and building materials.

For a quick overview for the sales reps they added KPIs to the ERP customer detail page and the function to create purchase contracts. With the signature capturing it allows to create new contracts with the farmer right on the field.

The sales representatives get a Sales-Cockpit to search for specific customer projects and the stock availability for

products such as tractors, seeds or animal food. This allows a quick overview and the ability to answer

customers questions immediately.

Managers get a mobile invoice workflow approval with a view of the original invoice.

Their workflow is complex and a manager can accept and reject as well as choose „not responsible“, „forward“ or „further enquiry“ which is handled in the original workflow implementation.
