The Active Directory Self-Service Bundle include a total of 12 services in 2 different categories. This set of services has been developed together with our customers using the most common IT Self Service scenarios as reference.
The delegation features enables staff from 1stline support all the way down
to end users to use the services. All without any permissions to the target systems.
The services are highly customizable and easy to use. They require very little knowledge to configure and close to zero IT knowledge to use.
The services have automated workflows to perform multiple tasks with little user input. This saves IT time and ensures the quality of the result every time.
To increase availability the services are designed to be used on mobile and other devices.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
The bundle is delivered as ZIP file including all necessary files for installation in the customer environment. Installation and configuration can be performed either by the customer or by the ZervicePoint Team upon request.
