Confirm appointment

An appointment will be scheduled at through our Client Service Officer at a date and time of your convenience within 2 hours.

Fact Find

 Conduct a fact-finding interview and collect all your information. Ensure that the information collected is accurate and comprehensive and includes your specific personal and professional goals and objectives.

Information Analysis

 Based on the data collected, we will identify all the issues relevant to your situation. We will assess and analyse each issue. Formulate strategies to achieve your present needs. Review all available options in order to realise your future goals.

4.

Recommendation

 We will describe your current financial position. Provide an analysis of your needs and goals. Provide product recommendations to meet your stated needs and goals. Provide you with details on future reviews and on-going monitoring.

5.

Implementation

 We will prepare to present our written recommendations. Confirm the presentation interview with you. Formally present our written recommendations. Discuss issues and queries to ensure that you are comfortable with the recommendations. Obtain your consent to proceed with the implementation of our recommendation. Complete all the necessary paperwork, with your signatures and approvals. Lodge the paperwork with the relevant financial services provider. Provide feedback to a lead source via a written lead feedback sheet.

From the parking area, walk to Sanlam building, enter and proceed to first floor. On the first floor, use the wall mounted telephone to notify us of your arrival. Personal will assist you with further directions to our office.
