ELOoffice
ELOoffice is the perfect product solution for electronic archiving and document management at small companies or individual workstations. ELO helps you optimize and automate your office work processes by managing all documents in digital form (Office files, e-mail, invoices, delivery receipts, faxes, etc.) in its flexible and user-friendly file structure. The standard package provides integration with the leading Office suites and Microsoft Outlook. ELOoffice is also designed for efficient work on the go thanks to numerous features that enable mobile use.
ELO DMS Desktop
ELO DMS Desktop is the perfect solution to interweave an ECM system with the most popular Microsoft Office programs. The DMS Desktop clients (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel ) provide access to company knowledge from within the application. DMS Desktop provides seamless inte-gration into Microsoft Office products, as well as an easy-to-use interface with the ELO repository. DMS Desktop also provides users with all central functions of a powerful DMS system. Further ad-vantages include simple document filing via drag-and-drop, easy editing of filed documents, a po-werful ELO search function, and an individually configurable menu bar (ribbon).
ELOprofessional
ELOprofessional is a modular client/server solution designed to suit the needs of SMEs. ELOprofessional's modular system makes it possible to create a custom DMS/ECM solution which precisely satisfies a company's individual requirements. The familiar look and feel of the filing system means that employees will get up to speed with the program with little or no training. In addition, ELO allows simple integration of all applications already used at the company (such as Microsoft products, as well as CAD or ERP systems).
