Troubleshooting your Connection Problems

1. Popup Blockers.

As stated earlier, pop-up blockers must be turned off. Both Internet Explorer and Firefox have pop-up blockers built into their browsers. These must be turned off.

Internet Explorer – Tools > Pop-up Blocker Select Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker

Firefox – Tools > Options

Content Tab – Uncheck “Block pop-up”

Additionally, toolbars from Google, AOL, Yahoo and others often contain their own pop-up blockers.

These should be uninstalled from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

2. ActiveX issues

As stated earlier, the first time you connect, you will get this message. You must successfully run this script in order to gain access.

Internet Explorer settings.

Under the Advanced tab, you can also click on reset all settings.

Warning: You may have unexpected consequences by changing security options.

IMPORTANT!!!!
