Get the Most out of Your Digital Signage Investment

Even though our software is easy to use, our certified trainers teach you how to get the most out of your Visix system. Whether you're getting ready for your big launch, updating to a new software version or adding new users, our training courses walk you through detailed demonstrations of features with plenty of time for Q&A. We offer customized on-site sessions and online training. Most of our customers prefer the flexibility of the Visix Training Series which includes unlimited access to all six of our web-based courses for a period of 12 months, one 2-hour custom class designed to answer specific questions and to meet the client’s own training goals, email and telephone training follow-up and support, and a library of step-by-step training guides

accessible through the web-based training portal. These services are invoiced when the training portal links are emailed to the clients’ point of contact.

Each session is streamlined to avoid repetition of topics and to target individual user roles. An introductory video providing an overview of the software and system components is now a prerequisite to all training sessions, so courses can concentrate on software features and design topics.

Each online course is delivered twice a week via GoToTraining™ with pre-registration. Web-based delivery enables full interaction among students and trainers and is designed to maximize the practical application of software knowledge in the workplace. Course times range from sixty to ninety minutes each.
